I’ve been looking forward to seeing what you chose! Almost exactly as I was thinking! Although you made a better choice with the Monte Carlo instead of the marsilea crenata as I was thinking! I can’t wait to see this fully grown in and stocked! Beautiful scape Jurijs as usual! 👍
I'm currently dislikes monte carlo, it doesn't like my hard tap water 🤣 tried em twice and it all dying slowly.. so i replant them outside in my garden. hahaha. One day I will grow monte carlo carpet like your iwagumi to satisfy my curiosity... now my iwagumi only has tenellus, hairgrass, sagittaria and a touch of mini catherinea bucephalandra 😁
After some time has passed, what are some of your thoughts on the Neo soil? I know they are a channel sponsor, though I’m hoping you are able to give some open and direct feedback? Has it broken down much giving you the brown visible brown dust from its soil core? What did the off gassed ph level settle to? Thoughts on the nutrient levels, adequate, balance, longevity? I know you are coming from tropica being your go to..what differences have come to mind on nutrients and others? Do you miss the ammonia the Neo lacks or are it’s nitrates good enough, better, worse? Maybe for the style here it’s better for low demanding plants but could it not be as nice for starting and maintaining high demand ones? Sorry for bombarding amount of questions, I’m just super curious obviously hah. Thoughts and opinions on soil substrate interest me and are too sparse for many brands. All every manufacture offers are identical basic claims to some degree. All be it, aquario are on the better side of providing more detailed and specific info on their site page, though there is still some lacking and vagueness sprinkled in
love this kind of minimalist setup but as iwagumi i think those rocks are too small in proportion with the tank's heighth so it's losing impact with the whole setup
It was a great experience seeing you setting up live. Excellent job my friend :)
Two of the best, in my opinion, aquascapers on youtube. Awesome!
You are one of the underrated RUclipsr.
your Cinematography and Editing are Epic. I Love your videos.
Go on buddy😊

Haha 😂

Crenata is great for nano tanks, although I have never seen a full carpet of it in a large tank
@@JurijsJutjajevs I’m curious to see what it looks like! 🤔 great plant selection though Jurijs!
Hi bro! Any chance you could show how to setup the pump pipe/hose from ro water to the tank? 😁
Can you describe again what you want me to show?
@@JurijsJutjajevs hey bro, thanks alot for your reply, I really wanna know how you connect the hose for rodi to fill in the tank? 🙏😊
You were putting some sort of powder into your RO water. What was it and why?
Minerals. I’m using 100% RO, and in this case one has to remineralize the water. The product I use is in the description

Imo it can grow well in hard tap water as long as all other boxes are checked

It is too early to evaluate the product. Not based on this scape, I have to use it in more different scapes and with a wide selection of plants
You owe me a new keyboard
Not sorry 🙃
i got neo soil for myself too insipired by Mj aquascaping
How do you like it?
@@JurijsJutjajevs just started..so far so good
Eleocharis pusila, acticularis, parvula, I don’t see any different to me they all growing same level..
If you get the real ones☝️ there is a significant size difference pusilla < parvula < acicularis
love this kind of minimalist setup but as iwagumi i think those rocks are too small in proportion with the tank's heighth so it's losing impact with the whole setup
You might be right, please consider it’s only 45cm wide and is open from both sides
nice tank, but maintenance will be horror in this tank😅
Why?
@@JurijsJutjajevs because the tank is so high and I think it is not so easy to trimm those low plants
