    Hi gud vlog just include this tip too. Those r going to try weight loss drink atlest 4 litres of water a day it'll help u to full ur tummy also increase ur breast feeding. I personally tryed and loss weight after my delivery. U can try this method after a few week of ur delivery. Water is the best medicine to control ur hungry and detoxing ur body.

      lakks lakks yes avoid milk , Sweets , Sugar , Rice . Eat only healthy food
      I too have hypothyroid and pcos .
      I lose weight following this method.
      Dont eat between 4 hours every each meal . Take cumin seed tea .

    Very valuable Tips Mam, nothing can help like proper diet and exercise.. if weight reduces very fast then that is not the right way because you will gain it very soon..so as you said monthly 2kgs is appropriate.
    Post Pregnancy I came down from 82 to 58..it is definitely a tough journey for everyone..
