Hi. I have played your first game about a year and half ago and enjoyed it quite a bit. Maybe you could swap wolves and bears for some ranged bandits? That would add more challenge + it would look more coherent.
getting rid of the different spell animations is weird, hopefully yall do good with the magical class animations instead. but imo spell animations are like the main thing that sets the magical vibe apart from the plain jane physical classes. I'll give the benefit of the doubt but I'm worried that magic classes will be overlooked as they are in most fantasy games. Hopefullly I'm wrong about that
Adept was my favorite Class Tree in DD1, so I'm really excited to see them get some more love.

Hope this one plays well on Steam Deck. The first one was a bit buggy particularly with UI and moving player characters.
I would be watching the streams as they came out, but unfortunately, they come out way too late at night in my time zone...
