Grace’s expression when she asked “What was he like before France”, it was so beautiful, she was head over heels in love with him and so genuinely wanted to know more about him😍 my heart melts when she smiles after polly said
“He laughed a lot”
Rip Helen McCrory
You don't mess with Polly!
0:46 gets me every time! “you’ve got me fucked up, run it”
She wanted to beat up her up 🥊
The two best women and baddest of the show. Polly is Polly, and Grace is the only one who is not afraid to stand up to Polly. They are both brave and strong, and could have been very powerful together. I think the biggest mistake of the show was killing off Grace, the show would have been so much better as Tommy and Grace being Peaky's power couple.
I disagree, I feel the death of Grace impacted Thomas in a way that built character and almost even helped him grow stronger.
@@sczttvfx more like pathetic and depressing but you're right. Grace's death was the perfect plot point of the story since they're clearly aiming to go for Tommy Shelby's downfall due to his own ego ala Walter White/Heisenberg so, it's very very good
@@stevenawesomeness3110 Agreed, I can't think of any major "failures" of the show. Maybe a lack of character progression for Finn? However even that I feel was made for a reason.
They could have let Grace died at the end of S3 atleast or in the beginning of S4.That would have been more impactful.
Grace isnt bad.
Shes just a snitch from the parish
Pollys gorgeous,R.I.P poll..God bless..🙏
I miss these old times of the 1st and 2nd season of Peaky Blinders 🥺 Tommy and Grace are my favorites ♥️
polly on top fr
Helen ❤… mesmerising as usual 👌✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Hell hath no fury
Rest well
The best quote.. and then you met tommy...
RIP polly
Polly bueatiful big brown Eyes!!!
😭i miss polly gray 😭
Back when Grace was interesting. The "what was he like before France" is beautiful, she loves Tommy. She just becomes "the wife" after they got married, then die bc Tommy can't have a happy ending.
Love it! It would have been so much interesting if Grace was alive and how their dynamics played out in the family. Some Grace haters are blind and biased when they trash Grace for giving back to Polly as good as she got. They were both strong women who know what they want and loved Tommy. Polly can be bitchy with any woman who is close to her boys but Grace was confident to stand upto her and beat her at her intimidation game, I always think deep down Polly even respected her because she was her match.
S1 is my all time fav, there is so much nostalgia when I watch such clips. The family was so close and I loved Tommy and Grace’s love building up❤ Most hopeful Tommy ever❤
I agree. Polly and Grace could of had an amazing storyline, if Grace would have lived. It would've been interesting to see how Polly handled another woman having an influence on Tommy. Something, Polly wasn't use too. We got a glimpse of it in S3, but should of had much more. I'll always say Knight dropped the ball and killed Grace too soon...
At that moment when polly mentioned drink
I think she began to respect Grace I assume that polly new that Grace was very well capable of standing up for herself
I'm afraid I have to disagree with you on Grace. I found Grace to have a very dull personality, along with her being predictable throughout the seasons she was in. I'm not saying that she's a bad character. She wasn't properly written out and gave much thought to how her character interacts with others. And I say that because I also find Grace to be very cowardly. She really doesn't know how to stand up for herself. She allowed herself to be backed into a corner and told to shut up and listen, like in this scene with Polly. She thought she was on top, but Polly quickly put her in her place, showing Grace that she was not as tough as she liked to believe. Polly explains the facts to Grace by telling her that she knows that Grace doesn't love Tommy and that if Grace did, Grace wouldn't have done what she did in the first place.
@@posionapple4836 nah…you got it wrong!! A coward wouldn’t decide to travel to another country to avenge her father. She held her own against tommy, was able to negotiate with him and left him speechless so many times. The only reason she didn’t shoot Polly is because she was tommy’s aunt. And she didn’t want to hurt him by attacking his family. And you need to rewatch because polly knows grace actually loved tommy because grace saved him on the night cops came to arrest him.
Also since you say “grace wouldn’t have done what she did”, it tells me your idea of someone standing up for themself is skewed. Grace became a spy for a personal reason, she was strong enough to not give up on her principles and mission out of weakness for love. Thats what made her special to tommy, she was a soldier just like him.
Some Grace simps are blind as well it seems
I remember when I saw the episode that Grase killed in it 💔 I can't move the episode until tow weeks I swear 😁
Essas duas teriam tido uma dinâmica muito interessante se Grace não tivesse morrido tão cedo… os haters dizem que o Polly odiava Grace mas eu acho que ela tinha é ciúmes de perder completamente a influência que ela tinha sobre o Thomás
True!
It’s pretty easy to hate someone that spies on your family. She didn’t immediately kill Grace because she knew it would hurt Thomas.
Couldn't agree more
very good movie
These two are two of the best female characters of the show, sucks that they need to get rid of Grace's character so the show could go on
Helen McCrory amazing actress Polly was such a good character but I think they ruined the character towards the end
They had no choice. The actress her plays her was dying.
what had grace slipped off ?
wezZ sheeeeei e something like double-agent !!!
If Grace had been kept alive, I would imagine her being written to lead with Polly's spirit - though who could have expected Polly to pass so suddenly.
Polly just bit afraid to woman who can change tommy..
Yep. That's why she convinced Tommy to marry Lizzy. Grace had all the power over Thomas and Polly didn't like it one bit.
@@rashiacharles2490Como convencio de que se casara con lizzy sí grece ya estaba muerta explicame eso ??
Полли - не Джемма.
i can't be the only one who didn't like Grace all that much. Considering the fact that she betreyed Tommy the second time. I actually liked the crazy Russian dutchess Tatiana more.
How did she betray Tommy???
