Good informative video. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I just updated to plasma 6. Appered good but tricky to learn. 1. Cant use mcmojave theme. 2. Modern clock doesn't work. 3. Unable to centre application launcher, apps, system tray on default panel. 4. Transparent panel option missing yet. 5. Cant change clock on panel to 24 hours format These guys always screw up few things here & there. Yet i love KDE plasma ❤❤❤

Happy Birthday in Advance, 8:03 i agree with you regarding inconsistency on KDE Plasma, this plus lack of QT apps compared to GNOME's App Ecosystem and Consistent Design sway me away from using KDE Plasma. By no mean KDE Plasma is bad but such things leaves a poor taste in mouth after trying GNOME. Hope they too have App Ecosystem and Consistent Design (modern look/design if possible). Yes i know it can be themed but i prefer default out of the box experience.

I hope in the next updates they will remove this giant show desktop button for something simpler like in Win11 oh cinnamon and make it easier to place icons in the center of the taskbar.
the overview is not as functional as gnome. it wasnt on plasma 5 and still not on plasma six. my touchpad doesnt allow gestures so i need to use the mouse wheel but it does nothing in the overview. seems like a big oversight. They also hid/ or removed all the Grid features and settings that were available on plasma 5. Variety wallpaper no longer works on the new plasma... lots of little things to work on but I know they will get there before too long
@@ArcTechnologies I mean why not? With Waydroid, Android app compability is at peak. This means that with proper marketing and resorces, a consumer favorable product can be achived. We just need time for let developers cook.

I really want to use some Linux Phone with Plasma. But its still not ready.
