    For me it's
1.Exercise ( more is better but also little is better than nothing)
    2.Meditate once a day(for me at least 3 min)
    3. At the end of the day write what you are thankful for
    4. Write down your fears and when they occur and why you think they do
    5. Go outside often
    6.socialise
7.Only believe the profecies that empower you
    8. Do what you are afraid of on a regular basis.

Not sure how to apply these steps to me or if my issue is a perceived obstacle. I just want to be more confident in general. I visualize myself being free of my mind and overthinking so I can be open, friendly, confident and not care what others think. I want to be able to be funny, kind and outspoken to all people I meet. Instead of limiting myself based on how I imagine others perceptions of me. And also not let others comments impact me

Hmmm... where is a good place to find videos that can help you with your confidence and social skills? If only there was a site with free videos where you could get information like "How to overcome anxiety" "How to have great conversations" "How to build your confidence" "How to overcome approach anxiety" "How to ask better questions" "How to learn to dicipher body language" "How to quickly build rapport". If only there was a free video site like that on the web, then you'd have your problem licked in no time!

I (used to ) have the same problem
      write down what you want
Meditate or hypnosis (i fear recommending but this worked for me ) and visualise ( there are videos available on youtube you can use them)
gain more knowledge about the pain you suffer
      see yourself grow..
      must be consistent

The line in the beginning “don’t wait on your weight to live the life you want” instantly blew me out of the water, that’s exactly why I haven’t put myself out there and do all the things I dream of. This will be the phrase I tell myself everyday until I stop seeing my weight as a indicator of my worth.

      1. Another girls beauty is not at the expense of my own.

Repeat it to yourself when you firm yourself comparing. Start to see other women as beautiful individuals not competition.

I did step 4 first because I had a health scare and thought I was going to die. A health scare will really make you start living!! I put myself out there in a big way, joined a band and started singing in front of people. But, my perceived obstacles are still weight, age, and gracefullness. I guess my REAL obstacle is money, because if I could hire a stylist, makeup artist, and choreographer, plus a therapist, my perceived obstacles probably wouldn't be obstacles.

Here are the steps she noticed forward confidence:
    1- Identify your perceived obstacle
2-Imagine what your life would look like if your obstacle disappeared
    3-Address your perceived obstacle
4- Choose to live the life you imagined today
    Good luck darling ♥️

7:57 exactly ! The same is with me but the other way around. I am veeeery skinny but was born skinny and don’t have eating disorder but was bullied just like you because of that. People need to stop putting so much pressure on someone else’s body

opposite to Cece I’ve always desired a fuller body bc I’m extremely thin & constantly being called things like “skinny, small, fragile, little,” times I’m compared to a twig that could ‘snap’ if too much aggression/weight was put on my body.

Me yelling at the people who kept telling CeCe to be smaller/skinnier. As a former teacher this breaks my heart that educators were so biased and short sighted. CeCe is perfectly 🤩 gorgeous 😍

Whoa! That was breathe taking. I am not a big girl but i am transferring those skills (steps) into my dream me. I am 'visualizing' where I want to be and the 'blocks' that are standing in my way.
    Eye opening Cece.....!!
