I added a voice pack for this video guys. That was the only mod as im seeing lots of people calling out modding but I have no way to prove I didn't mod. On paper the huge dodge chance sounds amazing but in reality any one of those misses could potentially break his cover and he could have died quickly right after. The trick to doing impossible ironman or this is knowing by heart how far enemies can run and guestimating if they can get angles on you if you dash out of their view. Lightning reflexes along with running on roofs really helps eliminate the amount of people shooting at you at the end of turns or on overwatch. The safest way to get out of sticky situations as you saw me do here and in my impossible ironman start game run throughs was to either jump vertically (up or down) into a tile out of sight since the lack of a transition tile negates enemy overwatch, or using the ghost armor invisibility. I messed up bringing that spray damage resist thing because i didnt realize it lasted only 1 or two turns . big tip for doing this or just playing impossible ironman is to try to get shot at as little as possible by not being in sight in the first place. you risk getting your cover broken by any single shot (unless the cover is an alien drop pod or broken car) even on a miss. You can hug a wall one space away from rounding its corner too so people can't shoot at you. Hope this helps, I had an unlisted video that I made for a friend to show him tips and tricks to xcom that I might release if anyone is interested. Good luck commanders ;)
The problem with impossible lies on the other field: to survive and to not lose the game early. When you have last long enough to get all this late game jazz, there are way less problems even with stronger aliens, rather than when you have bunch of low morale rookies equipped with simple rifles and grenades in the first encounters.

@@alheimianservant1499 at 3:36 it is shown that the character has a 95% dodge bonus. (Each number on the die represents a 5% chance)
Just go to the first UFO Crash Site mission with single heavy and give him grenade. If you turn on tutorial mission you will be sure, that you get heavy. There are 4 sectoids with 3 hp each on high dificulty and one Outsider there. Kill Outsider with rocket immideatly, and kill sectoids with grenade. Yeah realistically, playing chicken and whittling down the enemy with the heavy mutons is an effective strategy but he really under utilized the two other psionic abilities and missed at least 3 prime engagement opportunities he could have capitalized on. 1st- He could have used the alien grenade from the 1st mc'd muton to eliminate the 1st drone early on. 2nd- he should have attacked the grey head-on either by flanking and forcing it to move thereby getting an extra shot from the close quarters perk or taken the shot when he had the overwatch position over the greys position about mid video. And 3rd the were a few spots where an overwatch could have dealt some nice damage potentially elimanating enemies. I'd give the performance a 8 out of 10 personally.
