At 6:30 these instructions no longer work anymore because (at least with Stream Deck for Mac), Elgato has changed the way you obtain plugins and now you have to go to their website and register a new account with your email. I can't really complain too much about how hard it was, but anytime you try to figure something out for the first time, especially when the process changes, it can be frustrating.
For some reason as of lately, I am having issues trying to install new plugins. When ever I click to download and install new ones .. it says that it's doing so.. but it never shows up on the list and or really installed
In the top right hand corner of your elgato app, there's an icon with three dots and three lines (it's called a burger icon) and when you click that you can see any hidden installations you have that are installed but not viewable. Try that first. If not, you can simply search for the plugin you're looking for on the newly designed plugin store (about 4-5 months ago they redesigned the store!) and when you find the app, it will either say "Install" or "uninstall" - if it says the latter, it means you still have it installed and if you like you can uninstall it from here using the button it shows!

You can simply locate the app on the right hand list of plugins on the Elgato software, then right click on the button and there's an option to "Uninstall". This applies to both Elgato store, and non-Elgato store plugins. Just be careful to click on the button option under the header of the plugin. If you click on the title of the plugin (the first text for the button that allows you to drop down all the other buttons for the plugin) then the uninstall option will not appear. You need to right click on one of the buttons itself! Best of luck!
