    I came across your page by chance(lucky ol me)Same old thing, curious at looking for property prices in Ireland(at present in Philippines)and what sort of value was available to my budget and up you pop out of nowhere! Have been glued to your page since😂. I can not believe that in this day n age there are quality properties for sale at reasonably low prices. So it could be a big game changer for me and my wife, with France leading over my home of Ireland...great information on a wide source, nice and clear voice and by the sound of it, you certainly know your onions!

    I think he meant expensive areas not cheap.. you can buy beautiful homes 2,000 ft² for under $150,000 US dollars!!!!!!? It's a buyer's market in France right now lots of British expats moving back to the UK

      No I definitely meant the cheapest, and this video was based on the official figures released at the time. And I don't know where you got the "Brit's moving back" bit from, there are some, but many are just moving in France or down sizing.

    I've been told we need to bring in at least £1700 a month to qualify for a visa, so our plans are on hold.

      Hi there @dodsonwu9614. It all depends on on how many of you in your family unit. But it can be investments, savings, etc. This might help explain: FRENCH PROPERTY - Can You Own a House and Move to France After BREXIT in 2022?

      Hello there Marang, yes anybody can buy in France, but depending on which country you are transferring the funds from, the might be additional controls as per the French Money Laundering Laws.

    Not a coincidence that all of these 'cheapest departements' are in the so-called empty/low density diagonal: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empty_diagonal

      @TheFrenchPropertySpecialists  2 года назад +8

      Of course, it is not a coincidence, they are cheaper because they are less popular, basic market logic. But if you read the article in your link, it is put down to the Rural Exodus or the 19th & 20th centuries... Things have turned around now what with the Covid Virus, now it is more of a case or Urban Exodus. And with any market, the best way to get the best deals is to be there before the others.
