(Spoiler Alert) Noriko's unrealistic survival was necessary for the plot. Noticed the black ribbon-like bruise on her neck? That indicated that she was contaminated by something, apparently Godzilla's cell/DNA, which had an extraordinary regenerative ability as we observed, suggesting that she had been "regenerated" from fatal state and thus that the tragedy was not over for her and many other people who were also contaminated in Ginza.
A pleasant surprise to see Goresh is a fellow lover of Godzilla. Can't wait for this movie

I didn't like Shin Godzilla. I could never figure out if it was mutating or metmorphising, and the forms were just way too silly looking for me anyway. Glad it was successful though.

Just watched it, was super excited to watch and it delivered so well! Loved Godzilla's design, loved the absolute nuke of an atomic breath with the insane charge up animation, just loved all of it. Had so much fun!
I was actually about to suggest you doing a spoiler-free review about this movie during a Dokkan/Legends summoning video,so you wouldn't bore yourself to death,but an own video is even better. Gonna save this video for now, really wanna watch the movie first ,waiting a month is gonna be brutal.

Before i watch this Video, i just saw Godzilla Minus One and this Movie is INCREDIBLE.
Godzilla looks awesome, the classic Theme hits Right in the Spot and you even get emotional for the humans that have to face Godzilla after Japan lost almost EVERYTHING.
This Movie is easily a 10/10 for me!

Regarding 16:16 - 16:35 The atomic blast would blow the air away, creating a vacuum. Air returning to fill the vacuum space would suck debris into the 'stem'-part of the mushroom clould.
That's not quite how it works. The fireball of heated air rises, pulling cooler air underneath to form the stem.
The blast is not creating a void.

This movie sounds a little similar to gmk, I'm very excited to get this in the states!
The ocean segment with Godzilla chasing the boat was the best and most realistic Godzilla has ever looked. I thought it put the Legendary films to shame, and I don’t think a bigger budget necessarily equates to better quality.

They're trying to regain their honor as amongst old school men your honor defines your manhood but in the east especially in Japan that goes to a much deeper level I imagine it's difficult for modern generation to understand but you do convey it very well to your viewers
So, the ending seems like a throwback to the GMK ending, which is fine in my book.

I saw this last weekend and the movement/CGI of Godzilla definitely threw me off BUT I knew the budget was wayyyyyyy smaller than the recent stuff. I’m pretty sure it’s closer to how he moves in the old days maybe? Not sure I remember watching one with like a baby Godzilla way back as a kid lol. Point is I didn’t hold it against the movie and it was a great fucking movie can’t wait to watch it again from home
just watched it with it being released on blue ray and its a solid 9/10 for me. The story and ost was great but I just wish there was more action/better cgi but I understand it was on a 15 mil budget compared to other monster verse films. This was my first godzilla movie I have watched and now I am interested in going back and seeing the rest of the monster verse.

Think of that one moment from GMK were the captain is in Godzilla’s body but instead it’s a plane and has less impact for the audience this is what I thought when hearing all of this for the first time ever and no the plane was not in Goji’s body.
It's just a weak looking whisp and then it detonates. GMK Godzilla’s breath did the exact same thing. Heisei's killed things that ate supernovas.
This breath is kinda weak.
This Godzilla reminds so much of like perfect cell just throughout the movie especially the regeneration and charging up the atomic blast

Normally I wouldn't be searching for a spoiler video but I know I'm not gonna make it to the US release without inadvertently getting spoiled so I figured screw it may as well search it out on my own before I get caught off guard and mad about it. Lol.

Finally was able to watch the movie as they took soo long to release the OTT version. Was totally worth it and easily top 3 Goji movie of all time!
Seeing it in the theatre it was amazing story and monster. I didn’t even notice a drastic CG scuff, even so if trade the drop in CG to get quality story and characters
I had to watch this. I wanted to go in spoiler free but there's just no way lol. Good video. Can't wait to see it.

Mushroom cloud reminds me of GMK, Godzilla’s atomic breath shooting inside of his body reminds me of GMK, level of destruction Godzilla does reminds me of GMK, Godzilla charging up and shooting his atomic breath reminds me of GMK. GMK Godzilla atomic breath was always brutal, every time he shot the atomic breath a huge explosion would occur. This movie definitely pays homage to GMK the most.

Russia is now threatening the world with nuclear weapons, and I felt that the last scene of Godzilla, which looks like it is going to die but does not, is a metaphor for that, a warning bell for the present age. Some may say that the last scene is for the next film, but I think it represents the fact that Russia is threatening the world with nuclear weapons again, and the world is scared by this threat. I think it represents the world situation that Russia again threatens the world with nuclear weapons and the world is scared of it.

Shin Godzilla was peak destruction and actual fear. The noise of the super radiation particle belt flame (atomic breath) is engraved in my mind. The lore behind it was awesome too being a frilled shark that turned into a god incarnate and made its own universe if it kept evolving. But as an American. Legendary Godzilla has my heart even though it’s complete bs he got walked by MechaGodzilla. I will watch this on tv tonight. The trailer looks exciting.
Well if it makes you happy the director explains why MV Goji got rekt by MG you see the dude was tired after fighting Kong and making a huge hole he also explained that if he hadn't fight and make the huge hole he could have defeat MG and Minus One is only on theaters so idk how you are going to watch Minus One on TV

@@KermitTFYTin all the movies Mechagodzilla is one of Godzilla's deadliest and recurring foes and Godzilla has always had a hard time when dealing with his robot counterpart. Godzilla usually need a power up or help from a another monster to beat Mechagodzilla so when I watched Godzilla vs Kong I was happy they kept that character trait about Mechagodzilla.

An early screening came here in Australia yesterday watched it I loved the film and amazing film I had problems with the ending and how noriko could survive but still enjoyed the film
Idk, the monsterverse CGI looks incredibly unrealistic and more like an expensive cartoon. Found the CG in Minus One to be incredibly realistic.

So Godzilla Minus one gets defeated almost the same way as GMK Godzilla his atomic causes him to explode and all that's left is his still beating heart.
So where did the Godzilla before he was 50 stories tall come from how did he get there because the nuclear bomb had not went off yet did they explain where he originally comes from the three or four story tall Godzilla that killed all the people on the island where did he come from before he grew bigger
What’s awesome for me is I just recently finished Supernova of the East from Dans Hardcore History. It tells japans story starting back in the early 1900s to understand why Japan was the way it was, and WoW it was great great great. 6 four hour episodes so it’s in-depth.
It's a great film, but I don't think it' was quite as good at setting the mood and unsettling atmosphere as Shin Godzilla. Still... Definitely up there for me.
I’m guessing you saw it already. I was going already going into it thinking it wouldn’t be the same atmosphere as Shin. I keep hearing good reviews about it so still looking forward to see Minus One.
