You should try this and do a video on it. Season a grill the same way you would a cast iron pan and you'll have a non stick surface that will last a long time. Get some crisco lard and a pair of nitrile or vinyl gloves. With the grill off rub small scoops of the crisco and rub it into the grill grates trying best to avoid any dropping into the fire box. Once it's rubbed down turn you grill on and let it heat up for 10 to 15 minutes. Let the grill cool and repeat the process 2-3 times. You'll end up with a slick non stick surface that will last a very long time. Crisco lard is BY FAR the best way to season both grill grates and cast iron pans.
I find a lot of people make the mistake of flipping too early as well I saw somebody try to flip a salmon after 30 seconds on a way too high temp and the whole filet ripped up lol

HAHAHAAH! I actually laughed so loud when you said "WATER!"
Thank you very much for sharing so much great content!!! I love your channel
Nice and to the point. Great video as usual.
Thanks, Joe! This one was a bit shorter than the last few. I don't like to add fluff and I'm glad you appreciate it too.
I always get the terms non flammable inflammable and non inflammable confused. I should probably not drink do much.
Anyway, great video!

My biggest problem ever😢😢😢
Water? Weber - please. Paper towels leave “lint.”
They don't on mine unless I push way to hard. its more of a gentle brushing.
