Thank you for discussing his work. The quality of his work is right up there with Sargent you covered last week.
The two of them lived at the same time, traveled a lot, and their styles and approaches actually overlap somewhat. And they new each other. I don't know I we can consider them friends, but on one occasion Sorolla even gave one of his sketches to Sargent.
