Anxiety, depression, overthinking, worrying about negative thoughts, and not associating with people and being happy , not doing the things that makes you happy, smoking and drinking too much, consuming alcohol this all will causes it to get more worse! Acid reflux combine with this is the problem. Just be yourself and be happy , think positive. Do the opposite of what I said before and you will be fine. I had mine for almost 3 months now. When I start thinking about my life and how I need money , my late dad, how I want to achieve things in life and it’s slowing down, relationships, it gets worse. But if I have money and I’m with my friend and gisting I feel better. If you don’t have a man or a girl friend try and get one. Have good safe sex and be happy with your life. I had a Tonsillectomy done as an adult I struggled bad. After it "healed" I started having a globus feeling like food caught on one side of my throat it feels like it's something hanging back there. I had an upper endoscopy done ruling out a hernia, they took a biopsy of my esophagus and after months of calling them about my results they said Gerd. But my GI said everything looked completely normal... so I go to my ent he scopes me and basically has no answers either he just prescribed me an acid reducer and sent me on my way and I never got relief from this. It's always there hovering over me making me gag its messing with my Quality of life.

I’m on an all liquid diet. Soups with no bits of food just soup or broth. Protein drinks like ensure to give me life sustaining nutrients. Thinking I might have a inflammatory problem or a to much mucus problem, or both. There are some natural was to take care of both problems. Pineapple juice and ginger plus honey and some kind of pepper I need to look at the video again, but they take care of inflammation and infection which could be a cause of to much mucus. I’m going to try this out. Hopefully I can figure it out, otherwise I’m waiting on the VA to get there heads out of there asses. My prayers go out to you, be well and get better soon.

I ate fish and fish bone stuck on my throat then i drink pepsi and ate banana. I'm not comfortable and i went to the Dr. I did gastroscopy and they found nothing on my throat. But i still feel something in my throat. Do i need to do ct scan?

That's your problem. Your scared and your panicking. You need to relax or else trust me, it'll never go away. It's impossible to have a pill stuck for three years, pills melt when enough water is consumed. It's in your head and you have to accept that. Relax or it'll never go away. Simple as that.
Could be probably associated with OCD (Specifically Sensorimotor ocd) Probably anxiety associated with you ruminating about the pill being stuck in your throat for all these years. On three occasions recently I've had a food morsel stuck in my windpipe and it's really terrifying . Can't breath .

@@sergeybeast I'm good now I found out it was related to Ulcerative colitis I got on humaria got it under control and haven't had any issues since.
