Bunch of words put into a sentence
so RUclips can scan it for key words and maybe help me reach more people :)
The channel features guitar lessons that are more focused around Jazz, Bebop, Prog, and Fusion players like Scott Henderson, Pat Matheny, John Scofield, Mike Stern, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Frank Gambale, Pat Martino, Daniel Weiss.
Besides that I also dig into the minds of the masters, from Charlie Parker solos to Bach partitas. Here are some topics I cover: Jazz Improvisation, Guitar modern jazz phrasing, Guitar licks, Ideas and Tips about practicing, Scales from Major, Lydian, Melodic Minor, Altered and Diminished scales, etc.
Come on by and play some awesome guitar solos with me! Arpeggios, Pentatonics, Major 7, Minor 7, so come on by and play!
Check out my channel to improve your guitar skills. Have fun!

Seeing how you built this line from simple triads was eye opening!! Thank you!
Wow!!! This is amazing! Daniel thanks for sharing.
My pleasure! Robert - Thanks for being here
There should be another level of notification on RUclips, something that says I HAVE to watch this person's videos! Great stuff!!
Thanks for being here my friend :)
Thank you so much for putting this lesson out! I have struggled for a long time with understanding what people meant when they say they base their lines off of arpeggios. When I would try to incorporate arps into my playing they always sounded elementary, or like I was practicing. I was doing exactly what you showed in the beginning of the video and always trying to implement the arp with no space left "to decorate" around and in-between the other arp notes. This video has been like a lightbulb going off for me! It's clear now how to create lines that land on strong chord tones. I really appreciate this! Thanks!!
=My thoughts exactly! If you think this is a light bulb, wait until you enter his Galactic Modern Guitar course. That thing has been... pff, where do I even start - a GAME CHANGER in my playing would be an understatement. amazing amazing
So happy to help! thanks for being here Nicholas, feel free to stay in touch.

You are welcome, Mark - thanks for tuning in :)
Good stuff, Daniel, coming from a Daniel. This is the second presentation of yours I've seen. Both are completely clear and concise unlike many other lesson posters.
You're very welcome! Glad you liked it! :-) stay in touch
Smooth sailing all the way thru
:) thanks for tuning in

Hi, Miguel - like wise! see you soon :)
Dude, thanks!
You're very welcome! Glad you liked it! :)))
another great lesson 👊👊👊👋
Thanks! Tiziano :)
This was a real good presentation to ensure strong fundamentals and to break away from the pentatonic boxes that while are awesome can be limiting if that is all the player knows. I just noticed for the first time that your hands are large. Larger than mine anyway. You seem to have light touch too, but I digress.
Thanks!! Jim :-)
Thanks for immediate understanding🙏
🙏🏻 Thanks for tuning in

Thanks 😀
Thanks Daniel. I will buy your course
My pleasure :-) very happy to have you onboard
Thanks for the great lesson, I wanna ask about the chromatic approach, what you are showing for the triads is always in a descending way, Im trying to get also in an ascending way but its not working the same, can you please give some examples? Or ascending motion are only for staking 3rds? Thanks for your help!
Sure! would love to share some examples of ascending types, those are so fun! :-) thanks for tuning in and for your feedback
Thank you, your lessons are very helpful, looking forward@@WeissGuitar
I so much appreciate you lesson.
Pls, in enclosing the target tones should it be any one of the target tones or all the tones that makes up the chord. I mean during performance. Tnx
Happy to help! : ] Try This:
Start by focusing on the chord tones - the root, third, fifth, and seventh of the chord.
This will provide you with a solid harmonic foundation for the progression (or tune) of your choice
and ensure that your lines are grounded in the underlying harmony.
Once you have a handle on these chord tones,
begin incorporating tensions and extensions,
such as the 9th, 11th, and 13th, as well as alterations on dominant chords (b9,#9, etc)
really depends on the melody of that tune..
As you establish this harmonic framework,
start transcribing ideas from other players and analyzing their decisions.
This will help your improvisation naturally evolve to more creative and sophisticated ideas over time
from month to month, year to year, and decade to decade. : ]
This will become second nature, much like learning a language.
Hope this helps! and I wish you all the best in your musical journey.
@@WeissGuitar you're just more than the best. This is well elaborate. Thanks for sharing ur ideas. Much love
