    When you started your Maxima made that extended noise kind of a grinding sound after it started for a couple seconds. Mine is doing that same thing but maybe a little worse. I was thinking it might be my starter going out. My starter is still working fine but I don't want to replace it if that is not the cause of that sound. I'm also getting code p1320. Any suggestions?

    On 8:35 u show the wire that gets attached to the top bolt but not in the bottom bolt. Does nothing get attached to the bottom bolt?

    • @Ps3mn1
      @Ps3mn1  6 лет назад

      Correct, the bottom bolt just attaches to the motor.

      I would check your fuse block under your dashboard, on the drivers side.
      I believe it's the very top right fuse, the 7.5A one.

      Jose Tapia I bought mine at O Riley's auto parts. Just the pod filter, the assembly was bought on Amazon. If you wanted links to purchase them let me know. Also, if you wanted to hear how she sounds please watch my 0-60 and reaches 285k mile video. It's my most recent video. Thank you.

      Nice but it draws in hot air now. The factory was something of a cold rammed air intake already.

      The same thing happened to me, I changed the fuel pump and filter and it started, it could also be an ignition coil problem and spark plug

      That's what I'm dealing with now on 2000 Sentra 1.8. The bindix goes forward but will not turn. After 3 days of working fine, then a couple days of starting with a little bit of grinding noise at first. Think I should shim it?

    Why negative disconnect ?
    I've always done positive.

      It's always positive. It gets positive power almost directly so the negative does nothing for safety

    • @jimp3975
      @jimp3975 Год назад

      Negative works equally well, the purpose is to open the circuit to the battery, the advantage of Negative is when you have a wrench on the battery terminal to loosen, or tighten the battery cable if your wrench slips and touches any piece of metal , you will not have the sparks fly like you would if your wrench was on the positive terminal and it touched something metal.... I hope this makes sense

      +Ps3mn1 be much easier if you remove the intake.. I replace mine with new battery, starter and alternator still won't start... Any idea what could it be? I was told my IAC needs to be replace.

      It wasn't too bad without removing the intake, but thanks for the tip! And if your vehicle isn't starting it could be the Ignition Switch, the vehicle won't crank. Mine went bad on me 2 years ago, I believe it was $50 for the part.

    how about showing what the fk you need to do to get at it!? Its BURIED under intake and other shit. No shit, put the part in and plug it in and fasten the bolts. Thats not what people are coming here for. This is a joke
