Fantastic Videos, been using ESXi for about 15 years and I'm learning new things everyday at the moment using your Videos. The virtual infrastructure is increasing massively at work and we are now having to use VMware feature never explored before so these videos are proving to be invaluable. Many many thanks I'm actually excited to divulge more of your content.
You are God-sent on this... I have been following your video up to here. I was able to set up my server and install vcenter confidently. Thanks for taking the time... Am off to the networking video.
Okay Nice thx. I was looking for this guide... 🙂Question, Now you have your maybe three nodes/servers and have installed vCenter on one and ESXi on all. You have added em to the cluster... How can you now add 10 users, where each user have a pool, but can't see the other users pools?
your videos are very helpful but i encounter an error trying to install vCenter on a win 2019 vm. i get an error message on page 3 of the install wizard "Failed to get an SSL thumbprint of the target server certificate" i'm stuck how to fix it Any advice? ports 443 and 9123 are open
IS that Stage 1 or Stage 2 of the install. Also make sure you have DNS setup both Forward and reverse look ups.. Not sure if a Hyper V VM is the best choice for this. Have a good one..
