yes..i agree..this is the BEST EVER tutorial I've seen ..and I mean ALL vids...even Kerrigan's vids will not come closer to this detailed tutorial video...kudos!

My trainer teaches the shooting duck is when you squat and connect your butt and legs and from there your lift your leg. You seems to have a lot of room.

I never knew you could do a 0.5 version of the lutz and flip as well. :P I'm scared of toe pick jumps, so I'll just start practicing this half turn first. Great tutorial by the way. Love the slow-motion, makes it a lot easier to see what's going on.
