Love it! You mounting it? I mounted my 25lber that I caught casting two winters ago up near Oak Creek. I've caught several over the 20lb range since but still have yet to top 25 again. Michigan winter fishing is some of the best if you can bear the cold!
I actually am not, earlier this year I caught a 28 pound brown which was crazy. My next mount will either have to beat that or be a large kyped up male. Still an awesome fish and an experience I will never forget.
Yep, I still am. This video is actually from last Wednesday when I went out. I plan on going all of next week too. As long as the ramps aren't frozen over I still try to make it out. For winterizing my boat I haven't had to do much, alumacraft is great brand that you don't have to do much to. I just make sure to take my battery's inside to charge and on those very cold days I will take my motor inside so it doesn't freeze.
@@heartlandexploration5393 That's pretty incredible. I live on Winnebago (as of recently) I'd really like to try fishing Lake Michigan at some point. The brown trout seem like such cool fish!

They are an awesome species to target. They are even more fun through the ice. Excited for the cold weather coming.
