All videos uploaded on this channel are peak quality content but this was THE best match I've seen in a long time and a match up I was hoping/waiting for. Both players knew what they were doing, not a dull moment and tons of close calls. And as a guy who is desperately trying to main Jack-O, seeing this makes it harder for me to choose who is the better Jack-O player between NITRONYO and Carrot. Both play her in very different ways though.....Learning so much
Remi’s Axl is spoiling me to the point where i’m beginning to find others not as enjoyable. Theres just a good mix of nuttiness, optimization, risk taking and decision making here.
Games extremely balanced (sans HC), pick who you find cool, lots of people succeed on almost all the characters. In specific Jack-o and Axel are both strong. Imo with Axel being easier to pick up and Jack-o being a bit stronger in most cases.
Imo the damage Axl gets from bomber routes rn is fair. It’s only available with meter or once in a blue moon in pressure since Axl has to hit c.s or 5k and those all hit mid in his below average pressure game. Also the damage is cranked up versus Jack O because her damage mod is high and she has almost no guts lol
@@jofool4836 long ranged characters' damage shouldn't be that high; it's not fair only may, sol, pot, gold, nago are higher than axl (using gauge combo. ky, gio are higher in case of no gauge too)
@@Eillen3 thats because his damage IS not high. All of his long ranged pokes are well.. pokes with little to no reward except keepaway. Axl constantly has to take risks to keep the opponent at bay and the damage he gets by cashing out with meter on pokes is not significant. The only way for Axl to gain access to high damage routes is to take even higher risk and play rushdown as a zoner. It's only fair that he gets more damage then since he is taking a lot more risks than other character's pressure.
@Eillen3 we really complaining about Axl loop damage when he has legit combos now and is able to contest other matchups more consistently? That's kind of a wack take man ngl

I'm new to the game and this match is just WOW. I like this 2 characters, but can someone tell me if they are good for new players?

Jackie def stronger but a lot harder to play and less health makes her risky, axl can be a bit boring if you don’t like zoning but is easier
