Once you can get your 13 astronomical birth chart up again on Prometheus when it works again, you can analyze it there. If anyone is also curious about the 13 signs and Jacques Dorsan's clockwise house system, try using the clockwise house system for the True Sidereal chart! (Traditional 12th house above the horizon line becomes the first house, traditional first house below the horizon line becomes the 12th house, traditional second house becomes the 11th house and traditional 11th house becomes the second and so on). I personally think that both anticlockwise and clockwise systems can have some great accuracy, but combining these two new methods (13 signs and clockwise houses) would surely reveal personality traits and aspects never known before. And with an incredible teacher like Athen Chimenti, this could gradually bring in some groundbreaking perspectives for the astrological world.
@Jonathan Crowley Thanks for your question. I use Kanatas because it's the only major ayanamsa that doesn't put the beginning of the zodiac somewhere inside the constellation Pisces. Kanatas starts the zodiac right after Pisces and before Aries. The constellation boundaries you see on my chart calculator are based on the median point between the constellations. This is why it's important any planets within a few degrees to two constellations are treated as a blend of both. Like you said, the system I use is intended to be as close to the astronomical locations as possible. My reason for using equal house is a preference of seeing the highest point of the ecliptic as the top of the chart. I still plot the MC to see what is due south/north which is great for legacy and other career or public related experiences, but for the houses I prefer to see the sky divided up into equal parts with the highest part of the ecliptic at the top of the chart. I find this to be the purest house system, but I find Placidus works great also.

Hi Athen, I've been working with sidereal charts before but the chart calculated by your site & Prometheus was a first for me and a pleasant surprise. Most sidereal charts in the Fagan/Bradley system change my birth chart (03-12-1964; 03:18a; NYC) from a Pisces to an Aquarius but I've always noted that astronomy calculations maintain me as a Pisces but with the Sun about 1 or 2 degrees inside Pisces. Prometheus is the first to show my sign placements more astronomically correct. Can you educate me about your use of the Kanatas system and equal houses?
North Node in Leo in the nineth house, Venus also in the nineth house. Uranus, Neptune and Moon in the third house... I kind of get it but I'm really confused as well.

Hey, Athen. Do you use the concept of soul planet (planet with the highest degree in the chart)? In Jaimini Astrology we use it to determine the main themes of a person’s life and this is important even for career potentials as well cause when the career planet (the one with the 2nd highest degree in the chart) is not compatible or friend of the soul planet, the person gets stuck on life and even the career it was chosen doesn’t materialize.
Okay im confused a bit and hopefully someone can help clear this up for me. I made a birthchart from astro.com and then made another one through the link in this video all with the same info and i’ve noticed some pretty huge differences? Okay so before i analyze the differences i’ll just start by referring to the birth chart i made in astro.com as BC1 and the one in the link here as BC2 among the differences that i noticed are: 1. BC2 shows my sun sign is in pisces. But i was born 16Apr as an aries? BC1 shows its aries. 2. My rising sun is also aries according to BC1 but in BC2 its pisces. 3. My north node in BC1 is located in the 5th house in virgo. But in BC2 its located in the 5th house in leo. 4. Based on BC2, i have a stellium in the 1st house. I also have two duplicated signs. This is not shown in BC1. Hopefully this gets cleared up. Im pretty confused

+Vera M Hi Vera, retrograde planets are stronger energies in your chart since those planets were closest to Earth at that time. They are also a bit more on "auto pilot". In other words, we express them without much awareness so it's important to bring that extra awareness to them. The MC is your legacy.. Your south node in the 6th is that you have mastered self-control and control of your environment.. now to bring these past energies back into balance it's about relaxing into God or the Universes control.. or as I like to call it: the divine plan or process. David Boubion Retrograde is actually the normal direction for the lunar nodes to move in the chart. They move clockwise through the natal chart while the planets move counter-clockwise. This means your north node is expressing itself normally which is naturally more of an internal/personal connection to your life path. If it was direct then it tends to be more outward and impersonal all other things being equal.
Your birth chart stays the same regardless of your location. If you want to see the chart for the location you're at now then that comes secondary to the birth chart.

Ascendant in Ochiophos - MC in Libra, 10th house. Moon in Gemini 7th house. Mars in Taurus 5th house. Now, how should a person know which of those charts are nearest the truth. My solution is, to go to the depth within myself and see which positions are nearest to the truth. For instance: Sun and Venus in Aquarius 3rd house is more me than in Capricorn 2nd. Am in chore a scientist kind of type. I can relate more to Mars in 5th than in 6th. Moon both in Gemini and Cancer,, 7th and 8th houses make sense. MC in Virgo would make very much sense, as well as in Libra, but in the 11th house, not in the 10th. North node in 10th house is not me at all. Did not reach any goals in the 10th house, neither in work, nor in personal development. If I did not see my charts, but could guess what applied best to me, it would be the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 9th houses, maybe also the 8th and 12th. This does not always coincide with my positions.
