I started to feel like I was drowning in the complex aspects and unlimited sources of information in every birth chart and your video helped me come back to the fun simplicity that people are actually excited to hear about.
I heard Steven Forest say, “when you’re reading a birth chart for a personal reading are you reading to inform a person or are you reading to impress another astrologer?”
It’s a humbling question I have had to ask myself recently that put me back on the path that feels clearer and in alignment with my desire to help people become more of who they already are.

Totally. I have a 4th house sun and I distinctly remember that it was my Dad who taught me and my brother the basic responsibilities of life, such as washing ourselves, tidying up our mess etc. He was very strict about it too (Saturn in the 10th).
I have a 4th House Sun in Sagittarius and my father was that way too! I have Saturn in Leo in the 12th House. My father's Sun sign was Leo and my Ascendant was Leo. He really shaped my life in many ways.
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I've had an "awakening" in the last couple of years and am on a quest to learn all about astrology. I am into astrology, and have been for over thirty years, and I must say, for the lay person, the visuals ate great!!! Also, the rudimentary explanations of the houses and the sun in each was very very good!!!! And, oh yes, I have subscribed, because although, I am intimately acquainted with my natal chart, and I have over the years observed MANY things indicated in my chart, I've found that being able to interpret, the aspects, trines, conjunctions, squares, sextiles, and opposition's, takes skill and perhaps giftedness. That said, this was a well explained 1st look.

To everyone confused about the sun being described as a planet in this video, it's not a mistake on Maxine's behalf. In astrology the sun is described as a planet.

When #Lilly came on I almost cried. I lost my Maltese in March. She was 14 years old. I had to make the decision, of putting her down. After being ill for months, during COVID-19..
