Nice setup. Been doing the off grid homesteading in eastern Washington. Goin on 6 years, now. Looking good! I understand the warranty on the HF predator. I have had several of their generators and ran them into the ground. Made good use of the warranties

I got the warranty on the Generator and the Woodchipper. That poor chipper.

I subscribed. I really think im going to pull the trigger on this off-grid property I looked at in TN.
You said you got an address? What is required to put the rv on there. Did you have to get a septic tank right away?
I plan to pull a little travel trailer down there and eventually build a cabin. Good luck on your property.

In the county I'm in it's allowed to have a camper onsite all year. In TN, it depends on the county you live in that dictates the land and what your allowed to do with it as far as keeping a camper onsite, building a tiny house or getting one shipped it as well as septic and water. When you choose a parcel that you like and are thinking about pulling the trigger the first thing I would do is check what county the property is in and then start doing Google searches on the county's land use codes. I just heard a story this morning while getting my water about a family that had bought some land looking to be off grid and found out shortly after that there would have to be a septic system or water installed. You can always called the county building codes office and ask them questions as well. Like you, my plans are to build a cabin as well. Chickens and dog are a must too.

Is that an Equinox you are pulling that camper with? My equinox can't pull any weight like that.

No, it's a Hyundai Tucson and it can't pull the trailer either. I need to either rent a truck when it comes time to extend this driveway or I'm trading my Tucson in for a truck.
