I was turned on to Ozone in 2019. As part of an Isotope Elements bundle is was very affordable. The assistant is amazingly versatile. Ozone compares so well to manual or online internet mastering that I use it exclusively as my go to mastering setup. Glad that others see its benefits as well!

Mine came free with the nanoKONTROL and it's been a game changer for me too. I have learned a lot from it and I'm still learning. The full version has a Pultec, Studer, and a Fairchild built into it! Talk about bang for your buck.

Hello! Can/Do you use this Plugin along with the loudness penalty plugin you showed us last year?
what version of g-band are you using.I see buses auxilary?
Are you mixing on logicpro? I've had plugin issues after file transfers... Its the same for recording on logic. I have 2010 macbook Pro.. Its causing issues.
Are you selecting tracks for it to master, does it just master all or does it work off the master track?
It works off of the master track.
Why does your GB look different and say ‘Logic Pro’ at the top? Is it a plug-in of some sort?
Nope, I'm using Logic in this video, but this plugin does work in Garageband. I literally JUST mastered something in GB with it, about 10 minutes ago.
Will you use it again when you bounce it for further mastering before releasing?
No need to. I can set this up in the DAW then just hit "export" and I'm done!

I got the question that when i make the beat with the different tracks/samples and the vocals also recorded on, i cross the redline above on the volume fader (so it clips?). if now im using limiter to take down the loudness on the master its not loud enough later. still i got some points where the voice and the beat clashes and its clipping in the volume fader. is that necessary to look after or is it just important when i goes through the meter?
Don't use a limiter to decrease the volume at the master buss, use the volume control, then put your mastering plugins in after that happens first. I use -5db
@@GaragebandandBeyond So u take down the allround volume in the upper region of GB down to -5 and you relift it up by compressors or gain? Or are you lifting some of the frequencies. My experience is that when i volume it down to the master and bring it up by the mastering plugs it clips still. Are you exporting the beat trakes first or are you mixing all together?

Trying to use the trial version of this Ozone Elements with GarageBand 10.4.5 and it refuses to let me use the "imager". Says there's an error. I don't want to have to buy Logic to use this. Super annoying. Anyone know of any fixes for this?
Hmmm, that is weird. It works in my paid version. Perhaps it's a limitation of the demo.
@@GaragebandandBeyond Thanks for letting me know. Maybe I'll just buy it then. Worse case scenario, I then have to buy and learn Logic, if it still doesn't work. Haha.
