This video is exactly what I was looking for! Every other video was a hack to create kiss-cut stickers without the create a sticker option with Cricut Access. I had no issues when cutting either but I did put the pressure on less for the kiss-cut to make sure it didn't go all the way through. Thank you so much!
I followed your video and was having a nightmare of a time getting my cricut to know what to do with the holographic top sheet (even after calibrating). I figured out the light in the room was effecting the sensor on my cricut, so I turned off the light and got perfect cuts after that. :) Thanks for this video. I never would have gotten as far as I did without it.
It's from Cricut, you can check out their self-healing mats here cricut.pxf.io/WqbbKO (affiliate link). They may not have the green one any more but you may be able to find it at Michaels.
I'm still pretty new at my Cricut and nothing made me more excited than this new feature! I wanted to add text to the sticker sheet, give it a title, but for some reason I can't get it to print. I've tried attaching, flattening, but no success. Can you help a newbie out?
There are different factors that can contribute to this. Different material needs different cut settings. Also if your blade is very sharp it may cut all the way through. You could select “less pressure” or experiment with different cut settings. Here is a video on how to make your own cut settings ruclips.net/video/2UGIzKJyank/видео.htmlsi=VRTdI7XrWvlWuEtV
Can you explain why you would use the colored background for the stickers? Is it just more attractive for a customer? Also did you choose die cut for stickers and kiss cut for rectangle? Thanks!
Yes print your stickers with a normal printer through Cricut Design Space and then cut with the Cricut. I have a regular inkjet epson printer (which I use for stickers - but you can use almost any 'normal' printer) and then I also have an epson sublimation printer (which you don't use for stickers).
@@littlecraftnest ive searched for cricut in Amazon and i noticed that it comes by itself. What supplies do I need other than sticker paper for making stickers? Should I get vinyl paper? Or the mat in the video?
I’m not sure how to calibrate a printer but to calibrate your Cricut machine here is a short video showing you how ruclips.net/video/hyUOqu3I3VU/видео.htmlsi=qu4eCXXKOjLu-R-G and here is a RUclips short showing the new location of calibration ruclips.net/user/shortsQS6YSJBY6tA?si=ZVd11c9lO-fZ_TWg
I'm not sure why it's not working for you. All I can suggest is restarting design space. If you're still having issues you can report it on Design Space or contact Cricut Support.
Excellant tutorial. I have friends with Cricuts they never learned how to use. Because of my graphic design background: Guess who they asked for help from! 🦄🦋🪲

Thank you for the very informative video, would you know if this also works to cricut joy?
You’re welcome. You can do this with the Cricut Joy Extra but not the original Cricut Joy.
Very helpful!
thank you! I love it, always you explain very easy!💗
I’m glad you enjoyed it. Happy crafting!
😅Ty! easy understood and the steps compared to before is so much better!!
Glad you enjoyed it. Yes this is much simpler than before.
Hi. Great video. If I have 8.5x11 sticker paper, will I have to do anything differently than what you did?
You can change your paper size on the canvas screen or after you click “make”. There will be a down box under the mat.
mine keeps cutting all the way through even though I followed every single step. What should I do?

@@littlecraftnestthank you!! My blade is too sharp, I followed what you said and had to use a much lower pressure setting
I’m glad you were able to get it to work.

Yes - more attractive.
Kiss cut stickers.
Die cut or basic cut for rectangle.
What’s that other “bypson” printer for? Should i print the sticker paper on a normal printer first and then cut it with cricut ??

Thank you. Maybe that’s what I meant.
My cricut has a fit every time i use holo laminate in it, no matter what way I do it. Stresses me out so much 😭
Hi! When I try adding a border when doing the kiss cut, it does not let me apply it . Any suggestions ?

That's a lot of work for a few stickers
The joy of crafting :)
You should have seen the previous process. This is NOTHING.

Thanks so much, looking forward to making my own custom design stickers!
