Ingredients材料:
170g / 6 oz cheese (奶油芝士)
30g / 1 oz butter (牛油)
120ml / 1/2 cup milk (鲜奶/牛奶)
40g /1/3 cup plain flour (普通面粉)
25g / 3 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
4 egg whites (蛋白)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
90g / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp caster sugar (幼糖)

I can watch your videos for one full day and I won't get bored
So I just tried this recipe today but instead of plain flour, I used 40g cake flour (30g all purpose flour mixed with 10g cornstarch) and it tasted very good. Although it cracked A LOT if you bake it at 150C for literally minutes, I suggest baking it at around 110-120C for 80 minutes and then 180C for the last 10 minutes. I have to experiment with the temperature as well. If you use plain flour like mentioned in the video, you will not get the jiggly cheesecake like usual, I think it will be quite dense.

I spoiled my cake. I baked 150c for almost 2 hours and the bottom part still not cook when I took out. Then I put it back again n baked for another 1/2 hours and took out it broke into 2 halves. Taste good and will try again in the future.

通常小的creamcheese都是250g,如果要做刚刚好250g食谱要如何加法呢?
