鲜奶 fresh milk 140ml
切达奶酪片 cheddar cheese sliced 3 /60g
无盐奶油 unsalted butter 50g / 4 Tbsp
蛋黄 egg yolk 3
低筋面粉 cake flour 50g / 4 Tbsp
蛋白 egg whites 3
细砂糖 caster sugar 50g/6T
圆模Pan Size 16cm/6"
第1步驟先以摄氏120 / 华氏250 水浴烤法 20分钟
第2步驟再把溫度轉至摄氏150 / 华氏300 水浴烤法 20分钟
第3步驟把水盤移除繼續以摄氏110 / 华氏230 烘烤 30-40分钟
第4步驟关闭烤箱,放置10分钟,再把蛋糕取出
Step 1 bake at 120°C / 250°F in water bath for 20 minutes
Step 2 temperature transferred to 150°C / 300°F bake in water bath for 20 minutes
Step 3 remove the water tray and continue baking at 110°C / 230°F for 30-40 minutes
Step 4 turn off the oven, leave it for 10 minutes, then can take the cake

Hello just wanted to update my cooking result. First of all thank u so much for posting this recipe 🙏🏻 i had leftover cheese and i didnt know what to do with it. I failed on making the white eggs as fluffy as mentioned in the video but the whole cake turned out okay. After i finished baking it i ate it right away and it tasted like eggs, but then i left it refrigerated for a day and it tasted better, i could def taste the cheese more. That is all, thank u for this recipe 🙏🏻

打蛋白要低速 /中速?我見有的要變速
高速把蛋白打出粗泡后转低速一边打发一边把糖分三次加入,继续打发至表面呈现光滑可以拉出小弯钩就好了
Hi Apron, thank you for your showing delicious cake. I've tried to make it twice. Both came out beautifully. One question for you. The bottom of both cakes were not dry, actually they were quite wet and when they were cool, they weren't as high as when they just came out from oven.
Just trying to help as an amateur.. Try to bake longer dear.. If the bottom of your cake still wet it means that your cake hadn't cooked yet.. The proof is when you take it out prom the oven, your cake looked shrink than before

First attempt on 22 Jul and i made several mistakes which I'll try to improve on during the next attempt:
- overwhipped egg whites or left it too long so it turned lumpy and was difficult to mix with cheese batter (many small lumps)
- overmixed the final batter because i needed to flatten each small lump
- used 7" square pan which was way too big for this amount. my dense cake turned out to be about 1.5cm🙊

Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try beat the egg white on high-speed until become bubble form, begin beat the egg whites on low speed added sugar separately for three times until soft peaks form, they become foamy and frothy it takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.
