Hello Sir, I'm getting ready to do the same on my 69 Olds using the same Felpro seals. Do you remember the new seals being firm and hard. I always thought they were supposed to be soft. Did it solve your smoking issue, thanks for your help.

They're hard plastic, 80% better. My valve guides are worn so I get a little smoke but it's a lot better. Thanks for watching!!!
