7:10 was actually pretty impressive, not a lot of machines can simply uproot a tree that large.
Hey Bruce you look like you were having fun !! I'am not an operator but I have had to load my self from time to time with a machine like that (four in the lead and two on the pup) any how that pedal on the left when you use it will disengage the trans and allow you to rev it up to dump or curl the bucket. Now go fix the fence.Great videos, Party On !!!

Check the fan belt that is working to charge the battery and that there is a cord going from the generator to the battery and a cord from the generator to the chassis.

We have a 1981 Fiat 880 DT backhoe which we had for 12 years, it's a very awesome machine and has a nice history to it i know how to operate it and drive it since last year dad and i are working on repairing broken things on it and finding parts for it, we had a leaking exhaust manifold gasket on cylinder number 1 when we replaced the exhaust, it was easy to notice due to how loud the engine was and the amount of smoke leaking out dad and i removed the exhaust manifold on easter it is undergoing grinding to get both holes at the same size because cylinder 1 was super horrible the manifold holes for the exhaust ports on cylinder 2 and 3 (which has the same exhaust port and is bigger than the exhaust ports on cylinder 1 and 4) and then 4 were in a good shape when we get the manifold back home dad and i will put the whole thing together and then the exhausg and it will be good to go again, we will also refill the radiator with coolant because we had to remove the cabheater pipes on the engine and the engine temperature sender unit to remove the exhaust manifold 😄
Tested :D It spun all four wheels so we know the gearbox is good. Appears to lift okay as well. :o)

When the Iron Giant has a non leaking manifold again it will spool up the turbo much faster, smoke less and be more powerful and more evironmental friendly!

Bruce you should put some forks on that current implement, then you have a dual purpose tool until you get a bucket for it . . . The plate base of it is as if made for it . . . :)
all I'm going to say is it's a great video
that pay loader needs a set of forks for it to unload trucks and whatever else you need
Tilt the bucket down and use the teeth to rake the brush into a pile so you can pick it up. You could've used the track loader first to dig up the roots to make it easier to knock the tree down.

This is one of those moments where you hear someone complain how much it cost to remove a tree and you but in saying I can do it for $100 and they see this in there yard thinking you get what you pay for.

Box Elders and Popples are weed trees. If you don't kill off every last root they just grow back. As far as how to take them down, whatever works for you is o.k. with me but some Tannerite would have been awesome.

At least you could've done a complete maintenance service, air up the tires and fix the exhaust leak before using and overstraining/overstressing the big loader. Even crazy Andrew Camarata does a good maintenance job before overstraining/overstressing all his vehicles/equipment.

I've got a log grapple that would probably fit on that loader. If nothing else, you could take the clamp off of it and just use the forks.
