This is edited really well, it feels like they're all having one big cohesive conversation. Can't wait for part 3!
+River Fare thanks so much for the feedback! It was a b*tch to edit lol bit I'm really glad you feel i pulled it off!
draw with jazza can you make a how to make comics video
You didnt just pull it off.. you fucking nailed it :D
Knowing how to make an animation allow you to become the GOD of your own imaginary world...... You basically can make anything happen...... It limit only to your imagination........ That is the beauty of animation :)
I don't know why, but this documentary made me soo happy for some reason. Sometimes I do feel like perhaps animation is dying, but then I think how we have a really small ammount of people in my country for example and we can make it bigger with the help of eachother. Fantastic documentary, Jazza! Keep being awesome. :)
Oh my god this is awesome
Also gotta love arins tee xD
Great Video As Always!
Emil Delloson You didn't even watch the video
I'm Watching The Vid Now Lol
I LOVE THIS! I learned some new things from this thanks so much for putting it together Jazza! I definitely was one of those people that miss the "good ol days" style, especially with Disney, but I understand the huge steps have made things so much easier to create the stories artists want to tell.
Thank you for setting up a video such as this. All of your concepts you bring to Draw with Jazza are fun and inspirational. I am hooked.
Love this! All your hard work is appreciated Jazza. You make a lot of people happy. :) thanks!
Hey Jazza, I have learnt a lot from your videos in quite a short time and I honestly feel you are one of the best artists on youtube. Please continue teaching. cheers mate.....
Wow Jazza. This is amazing work, I feel like you are getting so much better every time I am watching you. Congrats and looking forward to the next part!
I am loving this series so far dude! Its awesome, i'm just gonna sit here impatiantly waiting for the part 3!
Damn, this was a very informative, and high production documentary, Jazza!! What a watch! I learned a lot! Thank you for your hard work; you did absolutely amazing on this, it's phenomenal!
This is my favourite part of the trio. I love re-listening to this for inspiration. I am not going into animation, but I find this to be inspiring for any creative fields :)
Thank you so much for creating this!
Jazza your videos have done nothing but inspire me since I first discovered a character design video. I always end up laughing at something that was done in one or two of them so definitely keep that up. I'm attending a university currently for computer animation with hopes of creating my own series too. Keep up all of your awesome work and I wish you the best of luck. Good wishes to the Mrs. and to little Jazza as well!
This video is nice.
I love doing paper animation. My animation only goes for 9 seconds but it take around 30 bits of paper.
My animations are gory.
Wow! This was great! Thank you so, much Jazza!
Fantastic. Thanks for this Jazza!
Haha of course Felix Colgrave has an animal skull on his desk.
This was an amazing doc Jazza. You just keep raising the bar of the quality of content on your channel whether it be tutorials or big projects like this. It's so great to see the animation community become so elevated and given a voice online. Thank you for everything you do.
Awesome content Jazza!!! very nice to see all the efort that you made for this documentation😉
This left me feeling humbled, hopeful, and motivated. Thanks, Jazza! :)
Been involved in animation for over 10 years now. My neighbor lent me a camera when I was 8 to make stop motion movies of my clay sculptures inspired by the 'Klay World' series and since then I was hooked! Here I am now just graduated high school doing animation full time online. Something that was barely even possible 5 or 6 years ago.
Good job on this, Jazza! It was a very interesting and entertaining video, and I'm looking forward to the next part! :D
I have said this a lot, but your channel is slowly but surely becoming a juggernaut with regards to 2d animation and even animation in general(since 2d and 3d animation have their differences, but are rooted in the same fundamentals of course). I'm so happy to have found your channel, because I have always had a loose interest in visual art/animation, but didn't find the classes I had for it in school useful and I didn't feel like I was going anywhere. They say you can go on the Internet to learn just about anything, and I'm glad to have found your channel and to have a lot of resources if and when I dive back into this :D
This is so awesome Jazza! Great job with it!
I learnt so much from this. Like the fact that Fischinger, McLaren, Hubley, Halas & Bachelor, Back, Vukotic, Kuri, Tezuka, Dunning, Driessen, Lenica, Bozzetto, Laguionie, Norstein, Jankovics, Pojar, Plympton, Servais, Condie never happened. It's only Disney and Pixar. Thank you for opening my eyes.
I'm loving this series. It really inspires me to become an animator myself. Keep up the good work, Jazza!
I started animation using paint and movie maker when i was nine. Im currently 15 and i animate in flash (not cc) and it still is amazing.
Great edit Jazza, amazing content! keep it up Mr J
This is so inspirational! Thank you, Jazza!
"Flash is dead" hits hard now
Wow you put so much work on this. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JAZZADABOSS
This is such an informative video thanks Jazza!

Thank you, Jazza for this in depth look into animation...this is very very interesting and very very well made by you...your interviews are great...mainly because of the great people you interviewed ;) can't wait for the next part...thanks for the hard work you've put into this documentation ^-^
this was a great documentary , good job jazza
This is incredibly well produced Jazza!
this is awesome Jazza !!!!!
Very interesting…
I am watching this purely as a fan, who has no aspiration of getting in the animation industry in a pro level, and can honestly say that Jazza´s tale telling skills always seem to amaze me…
It´s hard to believe that that professional level quality, from the footage, the interviewing process, the editing and how it all comes together, was achieved by only one person´s hard work…
Can’t wait for part 3!
Jazza ur my insperation love ur videos so much keep it up
awesome video man! thanks
This was really amazing! AWESOME!

Whenever Will Terrell laughs, I get the warm-fuzzies, hehehe. Love that he's in this!
Great series, Jazza!

Love this. Nice nod to Newgrounds too :) It surprised me and made me pretty emotional. I think I may have to refocus what I'm doing in my spare time, especially once I'm done my course work.
This was so interesting, I enjoyed every second of this video! Good job :)
Jazza, This was very interesting. Thank you. Hugs!
I basically grew up on Flash based animations, to say it doesn't deserve a place in animation history would be silly.
Kiwicrumble I like the flash
aqua_walruz The superhero?
Kiwicrumble yea
aqua_walruz Ok, I'm personally more of a batman/judge dredd kinda guy.
Kiwicrumble did u ever watch the flash
Excellent! Which took longer: gathering and filming all the interviews or editing?
So professional and super informative! Even made me interested in checking out learning some animation for myself! Congrats, Jazza! Job well done!

I have never animated anything, don't even know where to start, but watching this video makes me want to dive right into it. This is such an inspiring video!
amazing video, I loved it
love it, very inspiring video! I've always wanted to be a traditional animator when i was young.....well, i'm still young but sadly the digital animation has basically taken over. I do love good digital animation, but if i was ever going to be an animator, it would've been a traditional one
Great info!
Can't wait for Part 3 :D

Never been this early, btw Jazza you inspire me

btw, +DrawWithJazza
maybe you should rename the video to The EVOLUTION of MODERN 2D ANIMATON.
because there is more like Stop Motion and 3D Animation which made huge steps in last few years too
Woah! I used to watch those stick figure fights all the time! I forgot all about that phase.
You are amazing!
Great job
Then they shut it down. I know it happened a while ago but rip flash you will be remembered and some of the games you helped create live on like Henry stickmin and the impact of flash is still strong
this just makes me pumped up to try yo
I love these!
Jazza, when are you making a video about AfterFX Character Animator? If you ever plan to. Well done video, very inspirational.
This was so interesting :)
this belongs on tv! Netflix why are you not all over this?!
There's nothing I've ever wanted more than to become an animator, and I'm glad to live in the age where anyone can download something and start learning.
