Great video.
A few things I'd add:
The Qring App dumps data to Apple Health but does not import your Apple health data to Qring
Does not sync data to Apple Fitness. You wouldn't be able to closer activity ring with this ring
The sleep data sent to apple health includes only the duration of your sleep, not the stages breakdown. So you won't be able to keep your sleep accounting or feed it to other apps like Sleep Cycle through the Apple Health in full.
