It will just count steps unless you start the activity from the app.

Yes, it syncs with Apple Health. You need to give the QRing the permission to write and read the Data
Can the app that comes with the ring connect to Google Fit?
Yes
It does not connect to google fit as I have one. Check the app reviews too. Everyone is complaining

Either the site where you buy it will have instructions or just Google measuring ring size. There are plenty of guides out there.

Can i ask what's the heart heart monitoring frequency beside every 30 mins?
I just checked the app and the smallest interval is 5 minutes. Max is 60 minutes, or you can turn it off by choosing "close" for Full-day Heart Rate.
