Dust evolution (currently) :
Ruins dust : badge and 100 G or just 100 G and 200 EXP on undertale sans
Snowdin dust : badge and 225 G and 300 EXP on fanon dust.
Waterfall dust : 380 G and badge? And 900 exp on fanon dusttale.
the g is wrong for snowdin and waterfall

Sad really cuz I wanted to gain upgrades for both I don't have the badge ;-; but maybe they meant ruins dust cuz he is the only one that requires the badge and other upgrades are upgrades.

One thing to note :
Fanon dust can be unlocked by getting 200 XP on sans undertale as a alternative way of getting dust sans as for his upgrades idk if you can really get them without the badge.
The update log say only ruins dust sans so no maybe?
People without the badge will be able to get ruins to waterfall evos (the next evo gets unlocked when another is added)

I think we will unlock fanon ruins to fanon corridor dust cuz I think papyrus will be exclusive for those who has the badge.

Btw when i got some lvls with waterfall, i saw that with each lvl you get papyrus's face starts to glow red even more

Sans apparently dust has different attacks at max kill quest
For example: snowdin gets pretty op special attack and ruins dust get dash ability

@@canondustdustsans if there will be no cap beyond 10k or more as for dodges over 50
Im not sure but after his first kill requirement he caps at 32, so something tell me it’s probably over 40
Sadly he can't get dodges now but he gets 4 hp every lvl, so ruins caps at 33 hp, snowdin 61 and waterfall 73
