@FishFoodexistsnot 1 shot but can do alot of damage 1 shot if your fast enough but other then that is not 1 shot it's the force chole+orbit or force choke+blaster or with bones or the ice thing forgot it's name combo opportunities are endless lol

attacks itself are quite ok to dodge, but the fact that it deals insane dmg and has an combo tool(force choke) makes this character op when handled well

@@xDmakc character is spammy, has an overpowered passive regen from kills, and can instakill with force choke combos if you’re fast enough. That is UJD level balancing.
@@BlueSoulGameronly kills after 2nd count for buffs this character is bad if you are dealing with people who can dodge and heal.
Fun fact, if you use star orbit and then land a force choke quickly after, you can shred 50-100 hp off of an enemy depending on how well you time it

This guy is a going to be helish, but in a different way from most other characters in ULC. OuterDust is a defensive character.
This is OP in a non OP way. It is OP because you can constantly just get rid of the Chara's because you have 2 forces and what amounts to a very potent shield. However it isn't OP because it doesn't actually have that many attacks, and the ones it does have to be dodged relatively easily if you do it enough times.
He is slow to getting stronger and (if fighting a good enough player) is great for timing out the game. His stamina Regeneration is average, but he has a high potential for it. Paired with his higher stamina, and he can be just as bad as phase 2 last breath (eithout the screen flipping and special attack).

i am only having problems with the stupid star spins(including ruins) cuz its unavoidable
@@grubby227 as long as you don't get close, you can avoid the more dangerous ones. The autotargeting ones can also be dodged, but might take a lot of practice to dodge while blasters are firing.
i guess unavoidable was a bit exaggerated and i dont see problem with auto aim cuz u can wall any direction exept front but it can be a bit annoying in my opinion

@@PJonly that doesn't really relate to how the chara team just blindly goes in for a hit only to get shredded to pieces
thankfully they nerfed it so the cooldown only starts when the attack ends. it used to have only like 0.5 second downtime but now its 18 seconds

People say outer dust is defensive WHY AM I GETTING RUSHED BY A OUTER DUST
The secret to win against him is just have patience. His moves are expensive to use, using a lot of stamina, he got a massive damage, but the attacks are easy to avoid nost of the time.
He's good against meele weapons: Tough Glove, Ballet Shoes, Worn Dagger etc. But long range weapons are good against him.

All you do is bait them out and rush outerdust, rence and repeat

and then watch as he kills your entire team with a dusty orbit in 5 seconds
Watch as he uses forcechoke dusty orbit nova blasters and then gravity rush
The devs on their way to make outerdust have the most op upgrades in all of ulc (its a "defensive and balanced" character)

DustyOrbit, a defensive move. Single HANDILY MADE OUTERDUST SNOWDIN the most overpowered sans in the game.
It stays until there is 7.5 SECONDS LEFT on the cooldown. Not too mention that it deals insane damage, does AUTO-AIM projectiles.
And that’s BASE OUTERDUST.
They made the cooldown now start AFTER the dusty orbit ends. (Also dear god they're so easy to dodge if literally just go back)
