Transit driver tries to bring happiness to everyone's bus ride

Winnipeg Transit Driver Joseph Fullmer tries to get his passengers to experience every ride.
He says he takes pleasure in making passengers smile...
while making sure they get to their destinations safely.
Joseph says he lives by one rule when at work...
That's to be kind to everyone he meets.
CBC's Jim Agapito had a chance to join him on this 18 North Main bus route.
