Suzanne, your videos have REAL value add. You don't just simply copy what other people have done; you don't just read verbatim from a book; you explain not only how but why, and that's why I love your videos. Thank you so much for the work that you put into your channel, Ravelry and other social media. You are helping and inspiring a lot of people, including me. Best wishes from the UK.
When knitting with the yarn in your right hand, if you bring the yarn over your right forefinger from BACK to FRONT and then down into your palm and holding on to it with your ring and pinky fingers you will have MUCH better control of the yarn.
This is awesome as usual! I had issues with the BO in my cardigan cutting into the back of my neck. I was able to do this loose BO with a crochet hook and needle.
Hi… I am binding off a cotton sweater… this looks so wonderful! Do you think it will work with the cotton yarn? Thank you so much!!!😊 Well… it did work! So wonderful! After watching about 25 videos of all different ways to bind off loosely… Your way is truly the Best! …this was PERFECT! You are the Best! Thank you!!!
Hi Leslie. I recently pulled out one of my first sweaters. Suzanne 's technique would have been great around the wrist of my sleeves. And, anywhere where I need the flexibility, like around the hips or on socks, around the ankles.🌻
Understanding how stitches can be affected by other stitches is so dang helpful Suzanne. thank you.
Thank you Fernie.

Thank you for adding the missing piece for me: no tension on the working yarn! I love understanding the mechanics of stitches and techniques.
You are very welcome Ruth Stubens! Happy knitting.
Thanks again Suzanne! I’m redoing a too snug neckline that was originally bound off in pattern only. Can’t wait to try this!
Wonderful!
I thought I knew my basics very well, and then this :D You're great. Thank you.

thank you for sharing this! I always thought that the standard bind off was so tight but after loosening my tension, it's sooo stretchy :)
Glad it helped!

Hi Suzanne! I want to know how to knit a puff sleeve. I hope you have a video to share! Thank you!
I do not yet have a video on making a puff sleeve but will add that to my video to do list. Thank you.
@@SuzanneBryan Thank you! Looking forward to that!
This will be helpful. Is there a cast off that incorporates a YO between the stitches to give one the extra yarn needed for stretch?
Yes, there is, but I wanted to show that you can use the basic bind off to achieve the same results. happy knitting.
Very informative video.
Thank you Wilson.
Hello, do you have a trick for binding off mittens with a plaid pattern?
Not yet, what is the pattern name? Maybe I can help if I know what it is.
Thank you! 🧶🧡
Thank you Francine.
Thank you!
Thank you Dollyce.
Do you have a video on how to cast on loosely?
Yes, I do - Check this one - ruclips.net/video/v14ObMB1_yo/видео.html
👏😍
Thank you.
Sorry, but its too finicky ☹️
Why does it need to be that stretchy?
Hi Leslie. I recently pulled out one of my first sweaters. Suzanne 's technique would have been great around the wrist of my sleeves. And, anywhere where I need the flexibility, like around the hips or on socks, around the ankles.🌻
Another time that you need stretchy is getting a pullover over a babies head. Or the edge of a lace scarf
