I like the humour they have in their songs. A they have a a few that has been taken from life and then exaggerated into something different. Like Their song T-Shirt which was written about a one night stand who left a dress shirt at her apartment and wouldn't come back to get it (and it have like 60 dollars and a lighter in the pocket) and she turned herself in to a kleptomaniac. You should check that one out

You missed what the artist said about it... it actually came out of a weird set of dates Jordan and Brett (glorious sons) broke up. After three dates the guy told her he loved her which she wasn't ready for she made this song casting herself as the bad guy. In an interview she explained having the phone call with brett... getting permission.... he was like its part of the job but couldn't you change the name ugh gonna have 19 year olds hate me.
