@@davidmitchell6873 well that's kind of rude. No my dad wasn't poor he was a hard-working Foreman for a major construction co. In my day, I would rather go to parks and springs and beaches then go to a theme park and I'm still that way now.
Thank you for this soothing video, and what a great reminder. I can get caught up in rushing through life like most people do, but it leaves me feeling stressed, unhappy, and unable to focus on the present. When I rush from one thing to the next, I miss out on the gift of the present moment. I don't think this is how I was meant to live. God bless you.

You are not the only one, I believe that is all of us.. this world has been teaching us, rush and busyness is normal and natural, until we end up stressed out and overwhelmed, and realize that it is actually the other way around.
