The Surprising Truth About DJI Pocket 3 in 2025

I'm still surprised that on their third iteration of this camera they haven't fixed this strange tripod system they have going on where you need an accessory just to be able to install one. It feels like by their third camera, the tripod mount should be built in to the camera.

05:35 Basically attaching this to the tripod allows you to quickly remove the DJI 3 without having to unscrew it from the tripod. You just leave that attached until the next time you need to use the tripod by just simply plugging it back in.
I don't have the DJI pocket 3 yet, just researching and getting to know all the different features, the pros/cons. So far I'm leaning on getting this but if the DJI pocket 4 is coming out soon maybe I should wait for that?

I haven’t heard any news about a pocket 4, but I would bet when/if it comes out it will have lots of improvements.
That being said, I’m happy with my pocket 3! Checkout my other video with the improved case, you might like that.

Thanks for dropping by! The truth was that the third iteration of camera *still* requires two different accessories to allow you to use it on a tripod, and that their hard carrying case stops it from fitting in supplied soft case! I've just had to buy a new hard case to carry it all in one package - I'm uploading that video now! Maybe drop a sub to get notified when that video is done uploading, you'll see what I mean!
