The last piece, the locket, is my favorite!❤. Very nice haul!
Thank you! 🤗 It's such an unusual shape! Hugs Kim! Sandra.
Beautiful jewellery pieces hon, take care and thank you for sharing 🙏👍❤️
Thanks so much!!
Hard to pick a favorite. I like the ring and the last item especially because it has a photo in it.
That baby is so cute!! Thanks for watching Linda!! xo
Love, love , love all of them! Silver is my favorite metal. Would rather wear silver than gold. Like you, I am always looking for the older, hand forged pieces.
I totally agree! Thanks Suzanne!
Love the rings, especially the blue one🤗
Thanks Sharon and thanks for watching!!
Hi Sandra! I love your videos❣️ I think the pearl and unknown stone bracelet may actually be slices from a conch shell? The beautiful cream and pinky-peach colors with the swirl remind me of that shell. Definitely an awesome haul. Have a great week!
You might be right about that. I'm gonna take another look. Thanks for watching and thanks for your input. Cheers .
You always find such unique treasures.
Thanks for watching Rebecca!
The bracelets are beautiful. Very nice.
Thank you so much 😊
Hi Sandra. i am such a fan of your videos! I have learned so much from you so thank you for what you do. The turquoise ring near the end is set with a technique called intarsia stone inlay. Can't wait for the next video!
Woah! Intarsia inlay - I’ll check that out - thanks so much for that info. Hugs!!! Sandra
Hi Sandra! The smooth pieces on that bracelet are TAGUA NUT also known as vegetable ivory. It ca be carved into wonderful shapes.
Ok, good to know. I have two tagua nut necklaces and have spoken at length about them. Thank you for the info!
♥️the charm bracelet
I have a pair of moonglow earrings with the dangle. Mine are yellowish chartreuse screw backs, marked sterling and Richilieu. I have the matching choker too.
Awesome! I love yellow thermoset. Thanks for watching! xo
I thought nut. But Beautiful! Sandra and Mom has a good eye! ♥️🙏♥️
Thanks Bonnie!!!
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter Very Welcome! ♥️🙏♥️
Happy Halloween for you ,husband and lovely Mom too from Argentina !!!
Thank you !!
The abalone jewelry is gorgeous, especially the brooch. It's simplicity in design really shows off the beauty of the shell. The Celtic knot is lovely. I especially appreciated the little locket, what sweet pictures. Always love to see the charm bracelets.
Aww, little Abigail is a cutie!
Thank you so much!
Keep the bugs😊lol
They are adorable!!! Thanks Mary!
Cuff links. Unfortunately, men do not dress in the exquisite way once expected of them. Tuxedos are only worn for weddings, and mostly rented. My first husband was a military officer now retired, we were expected to attend some type of formal function monthly, weekly depending on the season and the soldiers occupation. I absolutely loved the formal era and am waiting for it to circle around again. My current husband has three tuxedos in his closet. I have a mountain of formal evening gowns. Tea dresses galore. The age of elegance has left us unless you are a movie star or fabulously rich. How the women would glitter and the men have so few ornaments to wear. The cuff links and tie clips (civilian wear) were the dazzlers for men. So exquisitely made. I collected tie clips for a while, such an interesting piece of jewelry to keep your tie out of your soup! Lol
Enjoining your channel, new to it.
So, so true. My husband wears cufflinks very occasionally on his business suits. I love the oldskool dress - hats and suits for men, dresses and heels for women. Times certainly have changed! It’s not unusual to see people at a funeral wearing jeans! Times have changed… it’s more of a come as you are world now. Maybe that’s better in certain ways? Don’t know. Cheeeeeeers!!!
I think the beads in the bracelet at 11:20 are a type of coral, maybe Angel Skin?. The inclusions look very much like those in the beads of my red coral necklace.
You may be right about that. Thanks for your input and thanks for watching!
What a lovely collection! Isn’t abalone beautiful ?!!
So underrated.
You know what? I totally agree with you. It's not rare or expensive or anything, but it is so pretty. THANKS!!!
Wow, everything in this lot is so pretty! Excellent finds!!
Thanks so much! 😊
Happy Halloween 🎃
Same to you!
Happy Halloween🎃! Love the bug pins, the bracelet with blue stones, the Star Art brooch, ooh the locket is sweet.
Thanks Tina!!!
Happy Halloween Ms. Funky Pickle Thrifter! Not 100% certain but you never know. The stone in the necklace at about 12:00 might be a natural stone that is mined in British Columbia, Canada. Look up Ocean Picture Stone. One of my all time fav`s.
I've never heard of that before. Thank you kindly for the info, I will check it out for sure!!! WOW! xo
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter You are most welcome. Even if it is not that stone...it would be worth checking out as some very interesting pieces are coming onto the market with it. It has only been a few years since it was discovered by a prospector who has a youtube channel that I have followed for years. (I`m a rock hound, gold flake and a crystal nut lol) I watched the episode when he found it, and got so excited I had to go and see it in its raw state. Breathtaking as it is...Beautiful, Beautiful as our Nurse Flipper would say ;) You all Rock🤩💍📿🥰 Oh...Dan Hurd Prospecting is his channel. He`s refreshing...get a kick out of him.
I looked it up after you wrote that. What an interesting stone! I'm not thinking mine is that though? Not sure yet. Thanks again for the info -- I'll check out Dan Hurd! I really don't know much about stones. Cheers! SANDRA
on timestamp 11:34 here, that pink jewelry is Pink Queen Conch Shell carved into that shape, it is pretty expensive because they are becoming extinct
Thanks for that information. Cheeeeeers!
The white bracelet might be a white coral ❤
Maybe -- I'll check it out! Thanks!!
Hi! Happy Halloween 🎃 The mallorica bracelet is beautiful. No, they are not real though. They use a process to cover a glass ball with nacre and fish scale they layer it in.
Coooool! They are high quality and so pretty. Thanks for watching!!!
Beat me to it😅
I believe the piece with the inclusions may be Tagua nut. It looks like it when it is sliced and made into jewelry. Don't you just wish jewelry could talk? It would be so neat to know who owned it, what their life was like, etc etc...
Agreed! I wasn't thinking tagua nut, but it's possible -- somebody else said that too. I'll have to look with my loop. They usually have stripe-y looking things... Thanks so much for your input, always appreciated. Cheers, SANDRA
Mallorca is the place where they are made the pearls which is in Spain and the name of the pearls they they named them m a j o r i c a they are man-made
Hi do you still have the bracelet time stamped 7:44
Please reach out to me at iamthefunkypickle at gmail . com. Thanks. xo

Thanks for watching! I don't always sell all the jewelry I buy. I am a collector as well as a seller.
