Happy Mother’s Day beautiful ladies!!!❤❤❤
This person was a QVC shopper! The Connemara Marble, the Carolyn Pollack Relios pieces, thr stack rings set...those are all Q products. I believe the rings came in 2-3 color choices, pastels, the one you have and neutrals (if I remember correctly). I think that piece that you called the odd pendant is actuall a piece of a bracelet
Great, thanks for the info 😊
Yeah the broken bracelet was my first thought too!
Can’t wait for the jade update! What a great shopping trip!
Yes for sure! Thanks so much for watching.
Hi Mom! Loved your purse find!
Me too!! It's a really cool vintage purse! xoxo
Sandy beautiful pieces! I was going to add I have an arm like yours, I painted the fingernails red and it looks AMAZING with the jewelry and really just looks nice! Just a thought for yours. I’m so happy to see mom , she’s such a sweet lil thing and so super cute! I think we all just love her so much, you are so blessed to have her, happy almost Mother’s Day to you both. Give her my love. ❤😊 from Birmingham Alabama.
Thanks for the wonderful comments. ❤️
Beautiful stuff❤️
Thank you! 😊
Love the coin bracelet ❣️
Me too -- it's such a cool piece of history! xo
Obsessed w/Victorian love bracelets!
Me toooooooo!!! xo
Some really beautiful pieces for sure
Thank you kindly!
I love the Fenton Lily of the Valley vase!
Me too. It's a lovely thing. Thank you kindly. xo
I was in a situation like that once. I grabbed a large box and said how much for the whole box? She said 20, I said done. I didn't even look through more than the first few things that were on the top I just knew. It all turned out to be native American jewelry. You did really well. Congratulations.
That's fabulous -- congrats! These things don't happen often, but they DO happen once in a while. Thanks so much for watching. Cheers.
I’m not sure if anyone has said it but the silver piece that was a mystery (didn’t fit on the torque right) I believe is a piece of a bracelet. If you look at the bottom of the stone you will see a hinge that fit onto the part that’s missing. I believe the part you put the torque through is part of one side of the clasp! I hope that made sense!
Yes! Thanks for the info!!!
Congrats on the score! Love all the amber and that sweet heart bracelet. The coin bracelet looks like it was a treasured possession at one time.
Thank you so much!
Coming very late Sun night. BUT that Amber bracelet is so beautiful & unique. Vintage? Amazing ‼️
It may have a bit of age on it, but it's not too old. I couldn't find another one like it with the amber placed that way. It's very cool. Thanks so much!
Incredible yard sale finds! Love the amber! 😊❤
Thank you!! 😊
Gorgeous amber
Hello, I always love to watch you and your mom together!
You are so kind, thank you.
Mom the gold magnet strikes again.😂😂
Isn't she something? And I was so dismissive telling her it was all junk! Shows what I know, LOL!!!
Wow, y'all, that was fantastic fun. Thank you both so much.
Thank you too!
🎉nice ❤i have 2 breaclet with coins in Sterling Silber 🎉
Love,love,love❤❤❤.😊
Awwww thank you!!! 😊
Hi Sandra and Hello to your Mother , and her sweet doggie, Mildred ❤ nice open heart necklace ❤such a cute trinket box too. That was so FuNnY, when you went to bring out the honey🍯 @24:19, I've seen and know what this is, but, I can not remember right now, it will come to me, oh and they're ♡♡ threader earrings. ❤ I wonder why he wouldn't show you the dolls from 1960, a bit strange.
Anyway, It was really nice to see you and your Mother out and about at the yard sales ❤🎉❤ Take Care
Thanks Linda! "Threader Earrings", don't think I've heard them called that -- but that is a great name for them. THANK YOU so much for watching!! xo
Red blue white gold tone ring was sold in JC Penny I have one exact but in greens 🤩
Oh wow! 🤩 the green one must be pretty too! Thanks for the info and thanks for watching!
18:34 This favorite saying of mine is appropriate for your comment regarding this bracelet. “Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, and wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion….today is special”
Love that!
A silver ring could be added to that pendant thing so it could go on a chain.
Ok,. thank you!
Thanks for taking me thrifting with you.
Any time! Thanks for watching!
Your prices are so fair Sandra! Beautiful quality jewelry.❤
Thank you for saying that. Hugs!
98 bucks for a gold diamond ring what a steal, you for sure baby your subscribers. Imagine what the original buyer paid. Gorgeous ring
Awww thank you kindly. Cheers
Love those Mexican earrings, so happy I caught them. Thank you🧡 my mom always wore huge earrings to the point I ear tore into two flaps. She use a piece of a band-aide to tape but eventually she went to clip ins. Your mom is so sweet. I enjoy you two interactions. Those earring get like that discoloration, could have happened if they used and hair products or something wet. They seem to be old . The pair I have that were my moms are smaller and similar with the same flower hooks.
Oh wow! A few halloweens ago, my husband and I went dressed with crazy 1980s clothes. I had a pair of huge earrings from the 80s that I haven't worn since then and they were so heavy I couldn't wear them. They are black plastic with rhinestones (did I mention they're HUGE) and my lobes just folded over. It was the weirdest thing! I couldn't believe that even our EAR LOBES age for goodness sake! LOL! Thanks and thanks for watching. Hugs.
The arch angel bracelet is very special and majestic.❤ Love it so much. Those are zinc pennies.
That bracelet is VERY special for sure. YES THAT'S RIGHT -- "zinc" pennies. THANKS for that. My dad dabbled just a bit with coin collecting and he had some of those. I almost never see them anymore in circulation. Hugs Helen! xoxo
Black string for the unusual pendant
That's a great idea! Thanks.
You got a 14 k ring and a 1800 bracelet free! Wow
Really lucky, right? Thanks for watching!
Love❤ the heart bracelet
24:55, Key chain.
❤❤❤
It's not a pendent. Part of a bracelet and the end piece is a clasp. It is sterling and the mark was probably on the other end
Thanks for that!! Cheers.
Hello you two‼️👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽♥️♥️♥️
Hello 👋
You probably dont want to iron the cord. If its silk you could damage it and if its nylon it also can get damaged. I think your mom is right about wetting it..
Ok thanks Samantha. Cheers
59:15 coin silver penny bracelets. I love them! But don’t wear jewelry enough to give them their justice.
Great finds. I sent you an email 😻
Got it!
I think that carnelian thing has something to do with a pocket watch but it looks like something is missing. It's part of a fob I think.
The ring looks like rhodochrosite. The color is too rich for rhodonite, which also usually contains brown. Don't quote me.
Ahh okay, thanks a ton for the info. Hugs.
17:42 I used to have a belt that looked like that bracelet.
Woah that must’ve been an awesome belt!!! Thanks for watching 😊
Great videos...🎉🎉
* Just like shorter ones for me*
Penny bracelets at 58.14 aren't real, steel pennies are from 1943 when there was a copper shortage in WW2. (If you find one from 1944 they are worth a budle)
Love the bracelets anyway😊
Oh that's so interesting. Thanks for the info!
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter 🥰
Did you go to brookfield tag sale?
Nope. Did they have a town wide or something? If you went, hope you got good stuff!!! xoxo
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter yes the whole town too far for me. I am in the Milford area
I haven't thought about that insulation in 50 years😮
I remember it well and also haven't thought about it in a long time. It was some sort of putty... haha. Thanks for watching. Cheers.
I love the 10k white gold size 7 ring. I tried to find it on your site to buy. Where is it?
Hi, thanks for watching. Please send me an email iamthefunkypickle at gmail. THANKS again.
You need to buy some gum brushes to help with the inside of the loops and other small jewelry.
I was wondering how do you test for 800 silver? Do you still use the acid test, or is it a machine that is used?
Thanks Christy
Hi Christy. Yes when testing silver with acids, if you use a cotton swab the color will usually be different. There is usually a "key" included with the kit so you can distinguish the fineness of the silver. Thanks and thanks for watching. Good luck!
How do you determine silver content of a piece, please?
The silver testing acid can be used for that and there is a color key that comes with it that will differentiate the shade of red and orange for each fineness. Thanks for watching and good luck!
Monet fools me everytine..lol
It looks like the real thing, right? Thanks for watching!
I love amber. There isn’t a piece don’t love
I love it too. There's something "warm" about it. Thanks for watching!
Do you still have the necklace set?
The bendable set? Yes, please send me an email if you want. Thank you.
Please tell me you bought the shrinking bat. 😂😂😂
lol 😝 no, but I do regret it! I wish I at least took it out of the 📦 box!
I’m guessing a fob ?
Possibly, thanks!
You left the Tupperware cake plate with lid.
Tupperware is wonderful, but I have zero room for one more anything in my kitchen cabinets haha. HUGS!
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter no for resale. People are crazy about Tupperware.
What did you clean that dirty old dangly bracelet with???
I took a small tupperware bowl and added some Dawn dishwater liquid on the bottom and then put about 3" of vinegar. I let it sit for about 10 minutes and shook it. I removed the bracelet and scrubbed with a soft bristle toothbrush. I repeated that process about 3 times until the vinegar mixture was no longer filthy. It came out pretty good, right? Thanks for watching.
🥺🥺🥺. It looks like it is all sold. 🥺🥺🥺
Not all, but a lot of it. Thanks for watching. Cheers
10:04 I sent you an email.
Omg!! That red wicker handbag! I had some older neighbors when I was a child, they had stored all of their 50’s and 60’s era clothes and accessories that they’d let me play dress up with them at times. They were sisters that never married and the older of the two had a handbag exactly like that only it was an emerald green. I loved this haul video, especially those silver bracelets with mother of Pearl 😍.
Awww glad it brought back good memories for you!!!! Thanks so much for watching. xoxo
