Just love your videos Rusty! You’re so honest about not knowing everything and open to learning more, that’s exactly where most of us are. I love your sense of humour too, fun to watch. 😂🤗💚🇮🇪

The first pink necklace I believe is called “wedding cake” with a barrel closure/clasp.

Thank you for sharing this valuable information to us. I am more into the hardgoods items, because I don't find much jewelry where I source, but I do have some that I have owned a long time and maybe bring me a pretty penny!

Nice items again! I think (though you probably know this) the gorham scissors are specialised grape scissors/shears (late 19th from the style of the Gorham mark) - they tend to get a premium over standard silver scissors. There are some rather high prices for similar ones to yours online. The other one is the mother of pearl items are likely 1950s bethlehem/jerusalem broochs (its a specific type of souvenir they made hence the crosses -quite often they also come mounted in unmarked/marked silver) - again sellers put them at bit of a premium but there seem to be a lot of them available. Also thanks for all the jewelry tips!

In the ´´clickbait´´ photo I see a blue white little plate. I got a whole set of Jager Blau plates in all sorts, cups, teapot and more, wonder what it´s really worth? Thanks for the information!

16:31 TOKEN (of my affection)…and the black base of the cover looks like crocodile skin to me. The album was probably a gift to the father of the family, because he isn’t pictured.

Great and beautiful jewelry. Love the garnets, wishing I could afford them. I have MOP beads and they are so beautiful.

Hi Rusty, watch and enjoy all your videos. Concerning the little book picture frame, could the fabric side be clipped velvet. Regardless, it is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your finds and your knowledge!

Rusty do you ever take appreciation of precious metals into consideration? If you put the bags of gold and silver into a safety deposit box over time they might gain at the lowest 10% but some experts are predicting that gold and silver are going to the moon in price.

So will you list the gold filled pieces, vermeil 925 lot as auction? Or do you do buy it now and how would I know the scrap price. I have been collecting pieces like you have been talking about but I don’t know a lot about jewelry except what I learn from you which is a lot. Thank you for all your help.
