      Hi, some Magnesium advice please. I had a very low blood serum D3 level of 21 a year ago. My doc put me on 10,000 IU D3 daily, tabs that I crush with my teeth & absorb under my tongue. Most recent serum D3 level was in the mid-40s, and I'm continuing the 10,000 IUs D3. With the high D3 intake, I understand I need Magnesium in order to minimize kidney stones. Unfortunately I am poor & must rely on my insurance to cover costs, and oxide is the only Mg form that is covered. Knowing that oxide isn't a more absorbable form as others, how much Mg Oxide should be taken to have the same absorbable equivalent as 400 mg of Mg Glycinate?Hi, some Magnesium advice please. Once again! Thank you for that last lecture on vitamin d and autoimmune response. There is a chiropractor (I have a lot of respect for his diligence and honesty) who has almost 10 million subscribers on RUclips and even an app who has done numerous videos on vitamin d over the years and also autoimmune challenges but he has never told us that crucial information about testing both the active and inactive forms and how the person with autoimmune might be dealing with his/her vitamin d. This is absolutely critical for us to know yet AGAIN NOT ONE OTHER lecturer, writer, physician, or RUclips doc has presented this. Thank you thank you. ☀️

    Love it. A doctor that has time to do hour/s long videos shows to me he is curing his patients... A doctor who is always too busy with the same patients, is a pill for an pill doctor treating symptoms not root cause. I've never seen a doctor in my life who has suggested or even looked at vitamin and mineral levels that link to health issues.

    The other confusing factor in the first study is the content of the placebos. You can not tell me, given all we know about the affect of different oils on the gut biome, not to mention their polyphenol or possible glyphosate content, that giving the study participants these did not muddy the waters. Olive oil versus soybean oil? Really? This is why I don’t put a whole lot of stock on many studies. This isn’t garbage but it doesn’t have solid ground to stand on, either.

      You’re confused. International units is the way to measure what is GIVEN in supplementation. Measuring the inactive form as it enters the body. What is in the capsule or liquid etc.
      The ng/mL is how the lab measures the actual amount in your body. They won’t give you measurements in the blood in IUs. His presentation here is accurate. Your understanding of WHAT he is presenting is lacking.

      @@katisugarbaker7349 Google clearly shows different ratios of mcg/i.u for different compounds.
      Buy D3 @ 4000i.u. with K2 at 100mcg (on the bottle)
      and D3 @ 4000i.u. plain to boost above normal limits.
      Doctors have calculated, from blood volume in the body to optimal levels in the blood to suggest 4000i.u. is a maintenance dose for otherwise healthy adults.

    It is essential to take d3 correct? Why do most western medical care professionals give d2 or d2 injections rather than d3?

  • @NickSheesenYT
    @NickSheesenYT Год назад +9

    High Dose D3
    D3 releases Calcium from soft tissues e.g. arteries, K2 moves that Calcium into bones, teeth etc.
    K2 maximum daily dose is around 100 MCG per day
    Therefore when high dosing D3 I took One D3(4000i.u.) combined with K2(100 mcg) daily plus...
    4 x Straight D3 (4000i.u.){no K2}
    High Dose D3 helped with sleep issues I had so I dosed at night.
