Cordialmente, Antonio - Itapiranga-SC - Brasil
Hello . how to change the rear wheels sprockets ? you have to disassemble what? if you are kind enough to give me a little guide. I'm not very experienced. thank you very much
Watch another video of mine it shows it disassembled. But track must come off, roller frame must come off and then you can get to it. You can buy the outer ring and cut with a torch at the spokes but need to be a decent stick welder when going back together or the welds will brake. It's not that hard
@hayden ingram Hello. I can't find the video. Yes I have already bought the same and identical rings you have yours. They must be welded. However, I cannot understand if I have to completely remove the wagon from the two big uprights with 4 + 4 bolts. or I can remove the cap with 6 bolts where the grease is inside with a large central bolt, and removing the support with two bolts, one on the right and one on the left, it seems so easier. If you give me some links to video I can see. Thanks a friend
Watch my most recent video of the 977 I had an update on this undercarriage in there. If you don't understand after that I will make another video for you
Simone Musiu ok there is 3 bolts under the machine that bolt into the roller frame they are 15/16 head. There's 4 on the front of the roller frame they are 1 1/8 head. Then there's 3 more 1 1/8 heads in front of the final drive then there's I think 4 on the final drive where it bolts to the roller frame and it is sitting on dowel pins you may have to heat that to get it off. I will make a better video explaining it when I can.
@@HaydenIngram Wow. I think I understand. It is necessary to dismantle the whole wagon and move it from the bulldozer. If you find some youtube links that show at least the final result it would be nice. Thanks a lot.
What parts do you need? Undercarriage only way you'll find anything is through an aftermarket vendor, seals filters and stuff like that cat dealers still stock
