Absolutely Phenomenal Cards!! I’m a florist by trade so I LOVE FLORAL IMAGES!! I also Love Trinity Stamps florals!! Thank for showing these great images!! God Bless & the Love of Christ to you & yours!!
You know what is so funny? I know nothing but the most basic information about flowers so I am constantly googling them to see colors etc. And I never know what they are called except things like roses, tulips. I can only imagine that as a florist your coloring must be realistic and beautiful! Have a wonderful, crafty day!
@@RebeccaKeppel , I try to colour as close as I can to real flower but I’m still new to card making. I’ve only been card making for almost two years & still struggle with some colouring techniques(water colouring is probably my worst). I got Gina K’s amalgam black ink because you recommended & I Love it! I just ordered a set of Karin marker to see if they help my water-colouring technique. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! They always teach me something! Thanks for all the Great videos & if I can ever help you identify a flower, email or text again time! I’ll send you my cell. God Bless & the Love of Christ to you & yours!!
@@bethfralix watercoloring is HARD, at least it is for me lol! I have a video coming up this week with Karin markers! Thank you so much for all your kind words. I really appreciate them. And I may just take you up on that flower naming help! Have a wonderful evening!
@@RebeccaKeppel I look forward to your video on the Karin markers! I’ll DM you my number on Instagram, call or text anytime! God Bless & the Love of Christ to you & yours!
I LOVE floral images too and recently dusted off my Cricut and became reacquainted with it. I found some beautiful floral drawings that you can create in any size. I am on a budget, so this really helps me create some beautiful, one of a kind cards. I also use Ohuhu markers because that is what I can afford (and I actually do like them). I appreciate your attention to detail and mostly, for sharing these fun techniques with us.
Hi Rebecca! 👋 Such Awesome work. 👍 Love the distress ink on dark cardstock. Thank you for the beautiful coloring tips. Have a wonderful day. 😃 Happy Crafting ✂
Wasn't sure about the First Card until you put on the sentiment. It is so simple, but so inviting. Card Two: WOW. Card Three: Trending toward lovely. Your presentation style is very pleasing. Really nice video. Subscribed.
Hello from Dallas, Rebecca! I really appreciate you doing a shout out for my small, made in the USA, Stampers Secret tool. That’s a mouthful. Pretty card choice. I need to practice with my Copics.
Thanks Debby! The Stampers Secret is truly a game changer for me! No more microfiber towel and smooshing my image from adding too much pressure in one spot! This is not the last time you'll see it in my videos :) I took a Copic class in 2019 and promised myself I would color a little with them, even a few minutes every day. Didn't happen. Sigh. But I had fun here so I may try to get back into practicing!
@@RebeccaKeppel when I took mine from Sandy Allnock, I learned so much. I really felt confident. I found some very vintage coloring books...vintage paper dolls from the 60s. So much fun. You might like those, lots of fascia, orange and yellows, even lime greens that I know you like. I’ll send you the names and authors of some of them if you like. Now, these are just coloring books that I finished out with polychromos. I bought a printer, WF- 7710 that can print on watercolor paper or paper made for Copics. It’s was only $149! On Amazon. Epson.
Have you ever colored grayscale. Very challenging, but the outcome is so beautiful. So real. I’ve got a coloring book for that too very vintage, almost Norman Rockwell ish. I just love art and art museums. My hands aren’t so good with familial tremors, but this SS keeps me in the game. Lol
@@RebeccaKeppel like you, I’m sure, I NEED to create. I’m working on some cool resin handles. The one I’m most excited about is the perfume bottle handle. The innards will have pressed lavender and a gilt gold collar and the maybe alcohol ink stoppers.
@@gaylerobinson5520 yes, I saw the first video for The Chuckie tool. Gina made it very clear that Chuck was not interested in making and selling them. I described the tool and Roy took the idea up a notch, just for me. There was no intention of selling them. He did make me an extra one because Cathy Zielske was having rest pain. She got so,any questions on where she got it. She suggested that I get an Etsy store. So, I did since Chuck didn’t want to. I never would have done it if he was doing it.
Wow beautiful cards Rebecca. BTW, my husband made a "Dana" tool for me much like your "Debbie" tool. He did an awesome job and it has been very helpful for me. Thanks so much. 😊
Really loved all three techniques. I got your favorite white pen and find it really does enhance the flowers! Loved the navy card as well. Writing that down as soon as I get home! Also loved using prisma pencils with ga Sol on flowers!
Thank you! Right?! Just a few little dots with that gel pen add such a nice touch! Navy is such a great color. Black would work too I guess, but there's something so unique about navy with bright pops of color!
Could you possibly list the Copic markers you used?? This is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Well done! Your videos always teach me at LEAST one new technique!!! Thank you and please keep on keeping on!!!!!
I will do that this weekend! In general, do you like the colors to pop up in a title on the screen when I am using them or be listed in the description box with the other supplies? I never know what makes the most sense for people with Copic colors :) Thank you so much! So kind of you to say! Thanks for spending time with me!
That floral stamp set is adorable! As alway, love watching your videos. Could you possibly do a video on paper trimmers? I desperately need a new one, but am looking for something that is lefty friendly. We seem to be the forgotten in the crafting world. ☹️ I’ve always avoided the guillotine style, as I’m partial to all 10 of my fingers. 😬 Presently, I’m using the Fiskars ProCision, but it’s not accurate and cuts ragged. Help!
Thank you! I have a video where I share my favorite pricey supplies here: ruclips.net/video/avK2sy2cDFs/видео.html Buuuuut, the two trimmers I use are the Tim Holtz guillotine and the Fiskars ProCision! Thank you! I usually use Dick Blick. I know everyone has had some issues with stock since Copic changed the look of the refills, but I've found a decent amount of them there and a decent price, plus free shipping (usually over $45). Not an affiliate, just where I usually shop for Copics. :)
Thank you! I'm sure it is not. We crafters are such harsh critics of our own work :) But I am glad to hear these techniques might make the coloring process a little more enjoyable!
For sure, when I do my next copic video I will! But for now, simply pull out the chisel tip and drop in anywhere from 15-30 drops depending on how empty the marker is. I am sure someone on RUclips has a great video out there already too!

Great demo Rebecca, I liked the white embossing technique, which would also look good on pearl card or vellum. Thank you for sharing 🌍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🌍
