    As a die-hard Lamborghini fan, I’ve gotta give this car massive props, mostly for doing the thing that Lamborghini never did (and quite frankly was much more likely to do, and should have done): put a V12 in a goddamn SUV. This is the only V12 performance SUV that exists, and it’s one of those things that’s so unbelievably insane that it ends up being the coolest thing ever. I would buy 10 of these over one Urus Performante

    I think it's more about what Lamborghini and Ferrari offer.. Ferrari always had like a more elegant, clean, even 'femenine' design with their cars, and Lamborghini had like that robustness, pure raw power, bulk masculine thing with theirs.. even if you think about the logos.. a gracefull and elegant horse vs a raging bulk bull.. and all of that it's no diferent with their first SUV's.. In my opinion both are incredible brands with amazing designs that approach differents desired results

    I just want to ask you … the problem with the m4 as you said that the body lines are changing from sharp to soft to sharp again… in this car it’s the same but you described it differently and you liked it… can you explain why?

    I don’t like it… to me it just looks fat, like a hypo version of the Roma (wich is absolutely gorgeous and sensual), the proportions are just off to me and the graphics are too complex but I understand that they had to add them to fill up those big surfaces… It’s like a hypo acting like a horse, it doesn’t look good. At least the Urus doesn’t pretend to be subtile

    First, great video, as always. I love how passionate you are about car design.
    My opinion about the car is that in general, it is absolutely beautiful. The wheels, proportions, line flow, and aero are all stunning. The absolute best part of this car, in my opinion, is its rear. I LOVE the tail lights and I think they look even better then the tail lights on the Roma (and it's the world's most perfect car in terms of design for me). Every single detail of the rear end of this car is perfect.
    The only thing I think is not perfect is the front end, and I like the front end of the Roma MUCH better. I feel like the "face" or "expression" of the car is not defined. My eyes move around it and have a hard time settling in on a single detail. I would love the angle of the daytime running lights to be more horizontal (like the Roma) so that the car looks less "angry" and more "confident".
    Overall, I think Ferrari nailed the challenge and I hope that maybe, someday, I'll be able to buy one...
    Please share your thoughts with me!
    Do you agree with me or not? And why?

    • @sparkgrid
      @sparkgrid 2 года назад +1

      I absolutely agree with you, 100%
      And you said exactly what I felt, something that no one is talking about, and that is the confused face of the vehicle. I can't seem to figure out what expression the car is trying to make or what emotions should arouse within me after seeing it. You're right, the front end is not well defined, but otherwise it's the best looking SUV I've ever seen, PERIOD!
      Also it looks like a chubby kid who, although has got a lot of weight around, still looks attractive and well mannered and has that spirit and eagerness, which the purosangue has in the form of that beautiful V12, props to Ferrari for putting a 6.5L V12 in an F*cking SUV in a day and age where automakers are too eager to drop the internal combustion engines even from their sports/muscle cars (I'm looking at you Dodge!)

      I agree 👍 but personally I HATE every one of these stupid suvs . They sooner this craze for these oversized idiotic cars ends the better . The only.time I would ever consider an suv would be if I lived in the country and needed a 4 wheel drive with good clearance and go anywhere through anything ability and I'd buy a range rover . It's luxurious, it has decent performance and it can actually do what it was designed for .
