It is good to see you learned early the technique of using chicken bouillon while boiling your potatoes. I use chicken or beef bouillon as the base of my flavor profile for all of my savory dishes . It is great for all pasta dishes. You only really have one time to infuse flavor INTO pasta that is while it is boiling. Because as it is boiling and the water is softening the bonds & they are opening the flavor is going inside of the pasta. As opposed to the seasoning just sitting on top of the pasta. Now this doesn't mean that you don't add another layer of seasoning after the pasta potatoes, etc, etc is done.
If you want to make a OUT OF THIS WORLD baked mac & cheese. Add chicken bouillon & what ever other seasoning you want (garlic, black pepper, etc etc) to the water before boiling the water for the pasta... Let me know what you think if you decide to try this...

I am proud of the choices you guys are making. Continue to grow, strive, and push forward. Your families have many blessings to come!!! Everyone needs to reevaluate their comfort zones, and consider alternative lifestyles. While my spouse, and I, are in Mexico, the food reacts differently in our systems. When in the States, we are sick. I am a female off color (mixed race), and there are foods that we are not suppose to eat or drink.Like cow milk. Coconut milk to absolutely wonderful for everything!!! Even to fry chicken. Unsweetened coconut milk. Children here love sweet coconut milk on their cereal(s) Milk and Eggs are not in refrigerators in Mexico, and other countries. So, continue to do your things. Raise your children to love God, themselves, and MOTHER EARTH!!! The States HATE, POLITICS, and Plain 'ole CRAP ARE TPP MUCH, and TOO FAR OUT OF CONTROL!!!! It is heartbreaking.
