lucia actually gets the idea for her scam from albie, he says he wants to keep seeing her but hopes she isn't being exploited and she seems confused and laughs at this but later brings up this guy alessio and its quite an obvious act if you pay attention, I actually thought the scam would lead to Albie murdering alessio in an attempt to "save" lucia and realising his mistake too late
What I liked about Albie's plot is the parallel to Portia's. In the sense that, both had an initial spark that, did not ignite and were immediately absorbed by the charisma that superficially called to their desires (Albie's desire to save and Portia's spontaneity and purpose), by sex workers who took advantage of them.
I found Albie to be such an interesting and complex character who really made me think and watch closely. Daphne too because she’s written to be shallow but we find out she’s much more perceptive than she leads on. Super interesting character development with them
Yeah I thought Albie was going to go off at any second in an outrage. Thought he may be the killer, I was quite wrong but he seems like anything can tip him over the edge!
I know, what a journey. Start from hating the guy to loving him, he’s just an unfiltered old man who needs to grow with the times. But he has such a big heart
There is also a quick image of oral sex which to me signifies what happened between Daphnie and Elliot when they explore that island. This empowers him to get over his jealousy and reframe his marriage. Daphne is doing what she has to do in order to "not be a victim."
Idk maybe I was being dismissive but I didn’t see the grandads growth at all. Even in the final episode he’s saying he was aroused by Lucia’s friend I can’t remember her name I was just grossed out by him the whole time. Loved this season as a whole though
Pretty sure the “trainer” had blonde hair and that the point was saying that the character finds solace in her kids. She ends the scene telling Harper, “Maybe you should get a trainer,” meaning a kid to distract her. I think she was just referring to her kids as a trainer (she says she sometimes spends more time with the trainer than her husband) but who knows, maybe you’re right…
I think she was saying without saying it directly that her trainer is the real father of the kids, or at least one of them. There's another scene shortly later where she calls Cameron into the room to facetime the kids and you can see from Cameron's face how pissed he is he has to do it before then putting on the happy father act when he gets on the call. To me it hinted that Cameron knows they aren't his kids but can't really say shit cos of all of his infidelity. It's one instance where she has one over him but he can't do anything about it.
I really don’t get why everyone loves the Tanya character. She’s just a self centered ditz. The same character Jennifer Coolidge plays in every movie she’s in.
how could you like this show if you can so easily reduce someone to a "self centered ditz," its about exploring beyond that and seeing how our own pathos and psychology effects others and very obviously ourselves. you dont have to like tanya but im not sure how you could be so confused as to why others like her.
i think your vocabulary is exquisite. i like the more laid back feeling personally not a fan of scripted robotic watchmojo shit but to each their own ig! keep up the good work
@@deebsnuts thank you! I appreciate that, I’m going for that more laid back vibe because it’s different compared to watch mojo and other channels where I feel like they’re yelling information at you and acting like they’re Google
Probably one of the best performances I’ve seen in a long time with Lucia. I found her really believable.
Agreed, she was amazing

Grandpa was the best character honestly. At first I was hesitant about him but absolutely hilarious and in his own way a nice guy
I know, what a journey. Start from hating the guy to loving him, he’s just an unfiltered old man who needs to grow with the times. But he has such a big heart
Literally just finished 2 seasons in a day. Top Quality TV Show!!!
One of the best I’ve ever seen for sure
In a day? That’s like 15 hours 😂
Portia: *is from San fran*
“She’s like from LA”
Ethan: *isn’t friends with Cameron since college (roommates)*
“They’re best friends”
The Greg painting could also echo the sequence of him and Tanya going on that awkward vespa ride
Haha yea!
She actually said the 'trainer' had blonde hair blue eyes
Ah yes thank you for that! I thought I had it wrong I couldn’t remember
if you like aubrey plaza in this, you should watch Ingrid Goes West! she’s insanely good
I’ll check it out!

ethan?
That image is from S1 opening and represents the whole Armond situation.
The two people in the painting are male however.
I love that your turkey theme song had an accent too..lol

Yeah he’s old, his mind won’t be changed, all old people are like that I think that’s what they were trying to portray

Nah but she was like “oops sorry, wrong picture” then gave the look of ‘that wasn’t an accident, read between the lines’

the trainer and the kids had blonde hair and blue eyes
Yeah my bad
The kid and trainer have blond hair not red hair LOL

It’s her comeback, and you have to be numb to not enjoy her acting, it’s entertaining
@@haztrology I guess you really put me in my place! How dare I have a different opinion than the masses.

Daphnia didn't die.
Spoiler: The best character doesn't die ... there is no real "best" character, the ensemble cast and writing are too good for a "best" character.
The White Lotus season 3 ought to take place in Afghanistan during the Biden withdrawal.
If you want this channel to grow you need to work on your story telling and vocabulary, you keep saying yeah hmmm you know stuff…
Hmmm yeah, okay thanks for the advice! I’ll try work on that stuff :)
