I'm excited for the new space! Do you have a garden umbrella on a table? Maybe pull it towards the window to block out the sun it might keep the temps a degree or 2 lower

Hi Lily,OMG...so sorry to hear of your strange experiences in Italy 😮😮...deary me....takes time to readjust after a break....one of my ovens is down and so I have to rise at 2am😮😮....and authorities hassling me about the vehicle I use for transportation...just when things seem to go well...there is always something 😢😢❤❤

So, here's a thought... you get those really warm days in London, make a poolish bread!!! You can even use your sour dough starter instead of yeast or both. The point is that proof will be over in a few hours on your counter top!
