Body confidence is something that I think a lot of women struggle with so thanks gemma for talking about it.
I’m 40 I’ve been a size 6 to 18 in my life now a size 8 and I’ve never ever had confidence whatever size I think if you suffer from body dismorphia it’s something that’s breed into us from something when we are young for me it was anyway x

Gemma! It’s so nice to see you with all this veggie stuff! I’m so proud of you being more conscious about what you eat. Make sure you try the squeaky bean meat pastrami at Waitrose. It’s literally a dead ringer for pastrami and is perfect for cheese boards! Just a warning if you are eating meat still when you go out or whatever you might get a funny tummy because your body may not have a good time digesting meat any more after you stop (which is a good thing IMO!) Can’t wait to see more veggie recipes and inspo 💜💜💜

Hang in there, the same thing happened to me about two months ago and I had a nice 4 week paid “vacation” and rolled into a new job that actually gave me a substantial raise! It seems awful now, give yourself permission to be sad and hurt for a few days, but it will work out for the better in the end. Jump on that resume and start applying to things on Monday. 💜💜💜💜 wish you the best of luck!
