Morning my loves, sending lots of positive vibes for the week ahead 🥰 I’m just reading/replying through your lovely comments & there are w few questions about how much this weeks food shopping cost.. so the food in this video totalled £80 but that’s because I bought a lot more than normal (extra Cereal, spices, meat, house hold items) usually my weekly food shop costs around £40-50 ☺️ please let me know if you’d like me to do more/other shops? I love yogurt parfaits - yogurt, cereal or granola, and fresh fruit. If I have had a late or a large lunch, a yogurt parfait for dinner is perfect.
Gemma!! Frozen grapes make a really nice treat/snack. Keep the vlogs coming, especially baking!
you can get like a mint plant to keep in your kitchen or in your garden, along with other herbs, you would always have fresh mint when you need it and you would not have to buy them in plastic bags! :)
I feel like going food shopping with Gemma would be an actual fun experience as opposed to it being a massive chore

Gemma...u can make your own granola ....that way u put your own stuff to it....all u need is Oates .... honey or maple syrup for sweetness and .... Wheat or whole flour ...n seeds n coconut oil...bake n set.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks this, it's so unfair isn't it. I live in Ballyclare, we don't even have an Iceland so closest one is in Glengormley & I dont drive so have to wait for hubby to take st the weekends, not that I've been there in a while tbh, my chest freezer broke before we moved house last Aug & the freezer in my fridge freezer is already packed out & it's on it's last legs too 😒 Anyway, wish Aldi would come here as they have some great stuff on offer not only food but house stuff too, so not fair to us Northern Irish peeps.

I can't stop eating at the moment 😭 just a little warning about feeding tilly tinned tuna, there is something in tuna we eat that isn't good for them if they eat it too much. My cat molly is bloody fussy and also will only eat tuna too (thinks she's a queen) so we feed her Applaws (tuna one) you can get it from pets at home and it's natural with no crap in it and basically looks like the tuna we eat but without the nastys that make them sick. 😸🐟 Oh and I remember the apple wipes 🍏😂 x

I didn't realise until this lockdown you can freeze cheese as long as it's grated ? Who knew 🙈
Not sure if it's something else you may want to know the zero juices , the sweetness are worse than natural sugar , so to be fair it's better for you to stay regular and actually works out same calories , I don't know how that worked , watched a documentary sum time ago , asparatime isn't good. Anyways don't take my word just incase check it out yourself, times a changing .
Shanara Blue zero sugar drinks are 0 calories. regular coke has 140 calories. One isn’t better than the other, cos technically they’re both not “good” for us. You’re right that aspartame isn’t good for us but then neither is white processed sugar.
As a Diabetic zero juices are completely ok to drink and are recommended by my Professor who is a Doctor in diabetic medicine. I'll listen to him thanks.
You can freeze ungrated cheese too. If I go to farmers markets I tend to over buy and freeze them. Just take out 24 hours and bring to room temp x
